Location was great, beautiful view from the balcony, comfy bed and lovely little kitchenette to cook breakfast.

We had a wonderful time for a week staying at this lovely place. Host Mario was extremely warm and helpful. The two bedroom apartment has everything we need, not to mention the balcony with a beautiful panorama view of the valley, especially at the sunset time.

Everything we needed at the property with the option to do laundry outside. We received some good tips on local restaurants to eat at and good beach spots. Location is great if you have a car and can zip off to various points of interest.

Mario is very helpful and hospitable and it was clear he wanted us to have a good experience. The apartment is of comfortable size for up to four people if you are okay sharing a bathroom. The location is perfect; a little bit outside the crowds but accessible to a lot of gorgeous beaches. I can highly recommend Villa Janas for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

The view was s]ectacular the apartment was beautifully decorated lots of light a terrace and littlle balcony which kept it quite cool. The village of Baunei was lovely with old houses to see and some little ,shops and very nice restaurants nearby which Mario had recommended to us and we were very happy with. his suggestions He also gave us lots of information on trips and the best beaches et cto see in the area The area is absolutely beautiful driving thriugh little villages perched on mountains , The national park is beautiful Amazing place !!.

Need more bins in the apartment to separate the waste .especially as food has to go in its own bin downstairs .Also a folder with the information about bins etc. would be useful Some basic cleaning supplies for kitchen to wash up and a sweeping brush. needed,

We stayed in a lovely apartment where we had just what we needed including a great balcony with stunning views which we used all the time. The villa is well located and is well maintained, the apartment has a good interior design and a well equipped kitchen, ideal for families. Baunei is a very well located quite town allowing fabulous access to the Orosei national park and the beaches in the area. The town has all you need within a walking distance - restaurants and the supermarket. Mario is a brilliant host who will explain everything to you and give great recommendations of local attractions. A really pleasant stay!

It would have be nice to have some coffee available at the property :).

It is the most beautiful little house in Baunei with the most amazing view. It is quiet but yet very close to the centre. The interior plus equipment of the apartment ist absolutely stunning and perfect. Even though you are at an amazing location on Sardinia you are willing to just sit on the beautiful balcony and enjoy the amazing view and watch the sunset. I can truely recommend the place. Mario is an amazing host, he recommends you the greatest places to go to. If you love nature, hiking and beautiful beaches Baunei is the place to be. The nature reserve is absolutely gorgeous!!!

Lovely small old village in the mountains, great vibe around, amazing view on sunset from apartment's balcony. Apartment has everything you need and is a decent size accomodation for a family, all appliances are in, COVID19 standards are met. There are few restaurants in village with pretty decent menu and very tasty food, you have small shop, pharmacy, gelateria etc. Also there is a hiking routes that can start right from the door on top of the mountain and can easily take a full day. Drive to the seaside would probably be 10-15 min

As this is small but quite central village roads get pretty busy starting quite early in the morning and road just in front of the building is one of the main roads around it, so its quite noisy till 11pm and from 7am already so if you are a very sensitive sleeper it would be quite tough in main bedroom. We were fine as it helped us to wake up early as days are getting shorter and its good to use most of it.

Very clean and confortable Villa in town of Bounei. We loved staying here. The hoste explained everything to us. The Villa is on the way to most beautiful beaches.

We had a perfect stay at Villa Janas! Nice apartment, very clean with balcony and terrace. Mario was very nice and helpful. We could always contact him with questions. Baunei is the perfect location for exploring the Golfo di Orosei.
