Hemos estado 1 semana mi pareja y yo en este hotel y nos ha encantado el trato recibido, la limpieza y la comida una pasada. Era todo a la carta y todo estaba buenísimo, un 10 para el cocinero. El desayuno era tipo buffet, también estaba bastante bien. Nos gustó mucho que la zona donde se comía era en una terraza al aire libre con vistas al mar en la que se estaba de maravilla. La habitación estaba súper limpia, es un hotel muy familiar con una piscina enorme. Al lado, a 5 min andando está Cala Llenya, es una cala bastante chula si no quieres moverte de la zona. El último día pudimos ducharnos en los vestuarios del gimnasio y aprovechar el día en la pisci. Destacamos el buen trato recibido por todo el personal, nos trataron súper bien tanto el personal del bar de la piscina, como recepción y todos los trabajadores que había por el recinto, seguid así porque es lo que marca la diferencia 😊

Como sugerencia, creo que falta algo de animación por las noches en el hotel porque está muy apagado. Daría un toque muy chulo que la piscina estuviera iluminada por las noches ya que el entorno es muy bonito.

The rooms, restaurant and pool overlook the sea with lovely gardens and pine trees. Loved outside dining with table service, friendly staff and excellent food. When we went (early June) hotel very quiet with few guests dining.

There is a limited bus service so really need to hire a car if one wants to see rest of Ibiza...which we did.

remote location, good for calm. few kids at the pool. architecture is reminiscent of the ibiza white fincas. rather clean.

almost nowhere to park, so had to find a spot on the streets nearby every night. breakfast was simple and OK. I had to ask for a blanket for the bed. Too bad the compound is fenced so you can't walk to the sea from my room (135): there was only one entrance to the cliff near the restaurant. No water in the minibar. Wifi didn't work in the room. Pretty remote on the island.

The location was good, which is why we chose that hotel. That’s it really.

If you’re going to accept people to your hotel in September, you’ve got to commit to having things open and accessible. Each morning we were served a continental breakfast that got smaller each day and by the end the fruit salad was just pieces of fruit to cut ourselves. The swimming pool stopped getting cleaned and was dirty. No outside bar staff were available most of the time. And on the last night, the power went out on the site and no staff were on hand to help or offer assistance. So we just had to sit in the dark with no AC (with our one year old baby) until it came back on in the early hours.

The staff are friendly, the pool loungers were comfortable and there were plenty, they also came with parasols. The hotel as a whole was very clean indeed.

The room is a bit basic and doesn’t feel homely, the wifi is pointless and it was hard to get drinks or snacks outside of core hours.

Seems like Italians are treated a lot better then all the other guest from different nationalities. Talking on ur back in Italian like you don’t understand a word they say! Extremely aggravating.

Perfect stay for a family trip of 10 days. Resort is very calm and clean, with a great sea view. Swimming pool is very large and good for kids. Very nice beach just 10 min walk away. No problem to park the car in the streets nearby. Half board is also a good deal with menu changing on a daily basis and nice quality. Staff is very friendly and discreet. Excellent place that we warmly recommend.
