Easy to find. Great communication before arrival. Good facilities. clean.

The only thing worth mentioning was a bit of banging doors sounds from nearby rooms, but it was not that bad. Some would not be bothered at all.

A clean and neat apartment, with very comfortable bed.also well equipped with basics. Located in a central plase, very close to the university, a nd calm area.

Overall for one 1 night it was convenient, was enough towels, all the facilities even if they weren't in perfect condition - they worked. It's located in the middle of neighborhood, and it was very silent - we liked that.

In the beginning was some misunderstanding, I had a free upgrade from the classic room the the deluxe one, so I have ordered the deluxe room for 3 people. When we came they gave us the classic room with just one bed . I called to the host and he claimed that I ordered the classic one but he can give me a better room. (The one that I originally ordered - deluxe ) So eventually we got the correct room . About the cleaning - it can be improved, in the bathroom we found a lot of man hair , the refrigerator smelled not so good and the yard -it seems that they never clean it so it took my husband about 20 minutes to clean at least the yard furniture . Don't expect to find swing hammock as on the pictures, the host said that they don't have it for years. It's a bit overpriced, even with bookings' discount. I think the Otmmans house is a better option if you are in Beer Sheva.

the room was comfortable and clean. nice to have a kitchenette too. everything was new and modern. I will stay here again.

during the day across the street is a school and the music from the intercom was loud throughout the day. otherwise the area is quiet. the place was difficult to find and the location is a little rundown but very close to the university.
