Fantastic home. Hot tub, fun activities in the house and picturesque views. Beautiful neighborhood.

This was the perfect place after hiking. So comfortable and with so many provided activities (games, puzzels, books, movies, video games). The owner was also very reponsive and nice. My kid is already talking about going back.

We had a wonderful time at the summer lodge! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. Supplies were well-stocked and the house was exceptionally clean. The place is a little dated, but that's part of its charm. It is an old-school ski 'cabin'. The rec room was huge and had an xbox and a fun video game setup at the bar. It's a great home to take kids to - the playground is across the street as well as the fishing pond and the tennis/pickleball courts are up the street. The neighborhood is really safe for biking and walking. Overall - it's a great place to stay!

Property was as described, older but clean and everything worked great. Cabin is in an excellent location, near the playground and pond. Hiking around Artist Point was fantastic, with gorgeous mountain views all around.

Myself & 3 other senior ladies stayed here for 3 days to hike Mt Baker area. We loved the view of the pond and convenience to hiking. Not much more to add from what other reviewers have already said - it’s all true! We had some confusion about key pick up, but the owner was very responsive and issue was resolved quickly.

We stayed the weekend here for a girls weekend. The house is within walking distance of Chair 9. The hot tub was wonderful and there were lots of games and movies to take advantage of in the rain!

A beautiful site, lots of trails, great playground for the kids.

This was ourate find when we decided to visit baker area and the place filled my needs as expected. This is a big house, with 2 seoarate living areas so you get your priacy too, if needed. The room with bar is big, so can accomodat lot of people. The best part was the proximity to commnity amenities and kids loved it. Kitchen was also decent and more than enough utensils for us to use. Some things to keep in mind, The furniture (sofa beds, beddings etc) are bit old and not that comfortable. I didnt mind that as usually i love sleeping on ground and the property had extra mattresses for gorund. Keep in mind that house is big with too many things, so it will take time to clean up. The owner was courteous enough proivide the extra time. Overall it is a decent place, nicely prized, and good location, if you can manage with bit aged furniture in the house, which are not a deal braker for me.

Our family group (3 couples and 2 young kids) had a terrific long weekend here, enjoying the nearby hiking as well as the great community amenities. The pool and playground were a huge plus, and the house had everything we needed--well stocked kitchen, great game room and hot tub, new grill, and thoughtful little touches throughout that made it feel like home. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Colin's house. It is as described. Plenty of space, great kitchen and location. Really enjoyed easy, close access to the amenities of the community, local trails and restaurant.

We get together with two other families every year and this house worked perfectly! Each family had their own room and plenty of gathering space for the kids and parents. Loved how close it is to the pool and playground. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Thanks for sharing your home over Memorial Day weekend 2022 Colin! The Ski to Sea race was a success for our team tanks in part to our fantastic experience staying at your place. Everything was as described in the house description, except the place was even better than depicted in the photos. From the kid's fishing derby at the pond a stone's throw (or lure's cast) away to the opening day of the 82 degree outdoor pool nearby to the very impressive (yes, carpeted and dated) gourmet kitchen with more fancy kitchen appliances (quality cookware including cast iron skillets, pancake griddle, espresso machine, fondue pot, etc) and utensils to the massive selection of board games, kids toys, baby board books, and local, skiing-related coffee table books ad magazines, to the baby gate and lock on the indoor tub of hotness room our group was very impressed and grateful for Colin's thoughtful and generous hosting.

Our group of 12 adults enjoyed our stay at Colin's cabin. The kitchen was well stocked for a big group and we found pretty much everything we needed for cooking multiple big meals. The property is a bit dated, but it felt comfortable and homey. The price is great for what you get and everything was clean!

We had a group of 11 ... 6 adults and 5 children ages 4-8. We had an excellent time and it was fun for all age groups. The "double house" is not really a double house, but the separation to the game/entertainment/hot tub room from the main house and its kitchen/bedroom/living room was super convenient for adult board games and socializing after the kids went to sleep. So much recreation in the area, and the SnoLine community is just an awesome place for families. We will be back for sure!

Renting this property was a great experience. There were 11 of us, 5 were kids 4-9. There was plenty to do, and with two large living spaces, it hardly seemed like that many in the house. The house was super clean and well stocked for large groups. Can't say enough good!

Beautiful house to relax and release from all that goes on in the world

We stayed at Colin’s Vrbo for two nights with a total of 13 people. Our stay was wonderful and very enjoyable! To start things off, Colin was a great communicator and answered all question about the property promptly, before and during our stay. The house itself is beautiful and full of cool things to keep you busy including a foosball table, hot tub, etc. We used the grill both nights which worked great, and there is nice outdoor seating on the porch where we had all our meals. The kitchen also has pretty much everything you’ll need for making meals (pots and pans, utensils, etc.). The community is also very nice. The swimming pool, basketball, and tennis courts made our stay very fun and active! Will definitely try to come back again soon with a big group!

Generally we had a positive experience renting this property for 6 nights. BUT the info given says it sleeps 14, which could be true IF nobody in the 14 has no problem sleeping in the same room as any of the others, or on a sofa or pull-out. Fortunately 2 couples who required separate bedrooms backed out at the last moment, so we had just enough space. The house has 4 bedrooms which can sleep 4 couples BUT 3 of the bedrooms have neither closet nor dresser. The upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 queen, 2 single bunk beds) all share the same bathroom, and only the King bedroom has a closet and a dresser. The downstairs bedroom has 2 queen bunk beds squeezed in; its closet was nearly full of household items, and it had no dresser but did have a sideboard. The hot tub, a nice feature, has a shower and separate toilet nearby. All the floors (except around the hot tub) were carpeted. The whole place, except the bathrooms, was dimly lit and not air conditioned, and only about 1/3 of the windows opened to let cooler air in. All in all we were pleased with the place but found the online description to be seriously inadequate. We gave the check-in process only 3 of 5 stars because to get the keys the lock box at the Chair 9 Pizza was difficult to locate (and the staff at the restaurant had no idea) and difficult to open or lock. Also there were only 2 gate passes available, so for more than 2 cars it was difficult . The online info gave no info about the club itself, and the availability of the heated pool and other club facilities (e.g. ping-pong).

Staying at this house worked great for two families, there was plenty of beds and extra hangout space. The safety measures for the hot tub were reassuring. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and dishes. The location was wonderful! We had a very hot week so air would’ve been nice but it cooled off nicely in the evening. Colin was very responsive to any questions!

The place is great. Clean, and fun. Colin was easy to communicate with and we had no issues with anything! Would love to come back again in the future.

the cabin was very neat and organized, it had all amenities you van ever ask for. Owner was very responsive on even the smallest of questions. Overall a great place to stay with large family!

The house is big enough to accommodate a large group and it’s beautiful! It was stocked full of extra towels and blankets as well. The bar area had a lot of cool glasses and things to use. Definitely would stay here again!

Very big house with three areas for hangouts. Two living rooms and a dining room was plenty to fit older kids, younger kids and adults. It needs some deep cleaning. It was a little dusty. Kitchen is fully equipped, there’s anything and everything you can think of that you might need in the kitchen to prepare a full meal. Overall a great stay. Would comeback again.
