Der erste Eindruck war perfekt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an, wie Urlaub. Klein aber äußerst empfehlenswert für Paare, welche es etwas ruhiger mögen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, serviceorientiert und authentisch. Wenn man ein Mietwagen hat, dann erreicht man alles in der näheren Umgebung und kehrt anschließend in die mallorquinische Oase zurück. Essen super frisch, Betten bequem und Zimmer gemütlich. Man hat einfach alles, was man zum Erholen benötigt.
In diesem Hotel gibt es für uns nichts zu beanstanden.

L'emplacement proche du bus arrivant de l'aéroport est top. L'hôtel à énormément de charme, avec ses 2 Jacuzzis dans la pierre, un intérieur l'autre extérieur, top ! Cadre très sympa ! Le lit et la chambre très confortable, rien à dire. Tout ce qu'il faut et même si ce n'est pas grand, bien conçu.
Un peu plus de sourire du personnel aurait été parfait!

We loved our stay from beginning to end. Buffet breakfast was lovely - something different every day and you could order eggs or pancakes if you wanted. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The plunge pool was wonderful and although we didn't use the honesty bar, it was a great option to have. There is a wee water dispenser in the bar that we used every day - it dispensed ice cold water, which was brilliant. The location is perfect for exploring Alcudia and the surrounding area.

i never understodd how to use the Air Cond.
It looks, the device never responded to the Temp. consignation. I switched it off, because it was too cold.

In the centre of the old town but lovely quiet road. the hotel is split in 2 but next to each other. We had the honesty bar and a hot plunge pool on our side and the breakfast room which we didn’t try but looked lovely. We made the most of the bar and pool and had a really lovely relaxing time. The hotel is up to date but in keeping with the historical building, clean and friendly staff.
highly recommend a stay here if you want to be in the old town.
Not really much to say here we loved it all, if you like a big modern hotel and room this is not the place for you.

Excellent room with brilliant shower! Helpful, friendly staff who recommended a restaurant as we arrived quite late.
The hotel has been beautifully renovated in a contemporary style but incorporating some original features and the whole place is immaculate.
Can’t come up with anything they could improve!

It was a super beautiful lifestyle hotel in one of the cutest towns on Mallorca, Alcudia. Worth a second visit.
The whirpool water had way to much bleach. Very strong smell, I couldn’t take a bath without coughing. But on the other hand very beautiful to look at.

Fab room, comfy bed and air con with good facilities and fantastic balcony space to relax. The breakfast selection was fantastic and everything delicious. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Location in Alcudia old town was just perfect.

The hotel was located in a quiet area in Alcudia and we appreciated it. Parking was little outside the walled area of old Alcudia but that was not a problem. We loved strolling new streets to and from the car. Breakfast was not included, We had breakfast in one of the several restaurants that were within a walking distance of this lovely hotel.
The rooms, although comfortable, were a little small to move around.

A very nice hotel tucked in a very cute street in Alcudia’s old town. The room was well designed and the breakfast was delicious.
There was little room for drying our bathing suites and towels, which made beach trips a little more complicated.

great location, but also very quiet. fantastic helpful staff, solid breakfast, rooms clean and with everything you need. Pool area is a little oasis and the bar is very well priced.
