Très bel établissement, villa agencée à la balinaise, la piscine privée est un plus, bassin d'eau dans la chambre, je n'avais encore jamais vu ça...

The whole experience was fantastic. The location amazing and the staff excellent.

The pool could of been cleaner. It was quite brown on the tiles from algae.

Liked the pool. The bathroom was spacious. Private pool was lovely. Swing was nice. Bed was comfy. Staff were kind. Filtered water was topped up regularly

Overpriced candlelight dinner gave my wife food poisoning. Steak and veggies came out stone cold, fish was warm but had hairs in it Overpriced for how unclean it was kept. Food and drink containers not cleaned that were placed next to the very small bin. Floor was not mopped or swept the entire time we were there. Outdoor shower is a great idea until you have to shower in it, a tropical island has mosquitoes and if the door to inside was open the room would fill with them..

Check in experience was pleasant however this villa unlike most I've stayed at in Bali and from the same branch (Ini vie Villa) required a deposit of 500k rp towards mini bar which can be paid through card or cash (I recommend cash!! As you give them permission to charge fees to your card otherwise). Whilst not unusual to pay a bond fee for damages in Australia, definitely felt unusual this time around for Bali.

Hoping this rating gets the attention of future customers considering their stay at Ini Vie villa Legian to err on the side of caution. We recently had a change of plans and required a one night stay overnight to recover from our trip back from east Bali before moving to our original accommodation in Legian and chose this villa as photos looked capturing. From previous stays I decided to take photos of any pre-existing damages which we had at this stay - broken tiles in the bathroom covered by a non-slip mat amongst other minir things. The drama started when we were due to check out. The staff do a run down of the rooms for any damages and checked the mini bar. We could hear through the walki-talki that the upstairs remote was missing. Immediately we thought a scam was at play as no one thinks to check these things or reporting it to reception. No one watched TV that night or touched a remote so of course we didn't pick that a remote was missing. We informed the gentleman and the receptionist of this and they continued to search the place. The thing is if a remote is missing of course they can't use the TV so you'll have to pay for a new universal remote or replacement. Eventually they accepted this and we informed them that the person doing the previous check should have been more thorough. We had to ask for our deposit back otherwise we would have not received it. For future guests I recommend checking everything thoroughly yourself and report it to reception immediately. Take photos as evidence as well that have time stamps.

The villa was ridiculously hot and the air conditioning didn't really cool the villa down. Couldn't find a switch to turn the outside lights of so it was shining all night

ringing in the middle of the night 11;30 pm / 1:00am in the morning asking what breakfast we wanted that was just ridiculous even asking to stop the night before

Cocktoaches everywhere in our villa , no attention to detail , 2 towels , no pool towels , asked for more , had no more available, asked if room service was available upon check in , she said yes but 10 minutes into unpacking rang reception and they said no staff for room service , aircon leaking onto my side if the bed , very moldy, couldn't use hammock was overgrown with black mold , no space in fridge, only on the door , but the plastic bit that kept drinks on door would fall every time you opened the door so our drinks would smash on thr ground , no hot water when we wanted to have a shower , white sun shade around perm sitting swing over pool was rotten with mold and unhealthy to be under , doors wouldn't close properly in bathroom to outdoor and bathroom to room so bugs and cockroaches would litter the room at night, stayed 1 night out of the paid 2 nights because it wasn't of standard, do not recommend
