All the staf working there were really nice. The ladies at the reception gave great tips for things to do in and round zagreb. Cleaning staff and cooks were always friendly when we saw them. The rooms were really clean and nice.

It was a 15minute walk to upper town. Which was okay, but if I had to name something that wasn’t exceptional then it was the location probably.

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful backdoor garden. Big breakfast. Very easy to work with staff.

Absolutely delightful customer service! The lady called us to let us know she will be 5 minutes late as she knew we would be waiting outside reception and got someone to let us in. Good spread of breakfast, very well equipped rooms and bathrooms. No complaints and definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel, sauber und schön. Sie war in einer guten Gegend und in der Nähe des Herzens der Stadt. Ich würde bei einem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder dort bleiben.

Dobra lokacija ,blizu centra ..do svih atrakcija moze se doci pješice za 10-15min. Tramvaj također na minutu hoda .Objekt jako cist ,a dorucak super ,također i osoblje jako ljubazno ..doci cemo opet 😀

Breakfast was really good and the breakfast room was perfect, with glass all around with view to a garden. It does not feel like you are in the middle of the city. The smell of the bedroom was amazing, everything very comfortable, clean and modern, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags to take a stroll through the city since we arrived before check-in time. They also gave instructions with a map. Location is good, very close to tram station that takes you straight to city center and tourist attractions.

Location was good but in my opinion it could be even better. It is about 10 minute walk to the main attractions and I usually like better locations. Also, there weren´t so many options of good restaurants within walking distance. I think I would chose somewhere even closer to city center next time. The facade of the place is inside a courtyard that looks kind of old and small. I guess if you have a car it is not so easy to park. Also, the view of our room was to this courtyard which was not so great... I guess all rooms have this view since they are all in the same floor at ground level.

For me it was the moust impotant to be clean , in the centar with parking place and breakfast, too.
