The standard of decoration was poor, it looked tired and for the money charged I expected a higher standard.

very Clean and everything works well, all kitchen appliances work well and quite new.

The construction isn’t exactly fancy/sturdy. but everything is well maintained, and comfortable.

the property needs a good freshen up. garden was dirty and the stairs are far too dangerous with badly fitted carpet

A foisty smoky smell when you first walked in. Got better as the week went along, less smelly. bathroom - 1 panel on the door had see through glass (we had to cover it with paper for privacy). No plug in the sink. Toilet seat kept slipping to one side when you sat on it. The bathroom being downstairs was a bit of a pain on a night, especially with the steep stairs. This really should be mentioned in the description that the bathroom is downstairs. Garden - needs hedges cut back, lawn needs doing and garden furniture cleaned

Carpet a little tired. Shower\Bathroom needs upgraded. On check-in shower was not working but rectified by a switch button. Bad smell of smoke odor from previous occupy T.V menu mixed in English and foreign language. Bedroom and bathroom on split level inconvenience going to the toilet at night. Steep steps going downstairs.Broken bath, sink and wash chains.One could hear the neighbors outside the property sound insulation wasn’t very good. Traffic noise during day but quite at night
