The location is very much appreciated.

The water in the shower is very low. It could be perfect if the water pressure is higher. The entertainment is also less, but it's fine because it makes it cheaper if keep it that way..

nothing to like here

it took me time to raise a complaint. i was busy afterwards. but here’s what happened. booked this 2mos, before the date. we came from manila and arrived by almost midnight. upon check-in, the lady in counter was having trouble finding our bookings, took her almost an hour to find it and we were just waiting at the lobby tirelessly, i can see her face struggling and only to find out,my booking wasn’t endorsed to their system or so on. i asked her, “so whats next? we did not travel here all the way from manila to get nothing ” she offered to 2 rooms with the same price. we agreed, since we dont have a CHOICE!, upon entering to our room, we were surprised by COCKROACHES in the bed, e very loud sounds everywhere, a not working AIRCON and unsanitized bathroom. SO MUCH STRESSED IN A NIGHT!!

Super dirty- moulds are everywhere, sink and toilet bowls are dirty, old mattress, slow internet.

At first the staff says they do not accommodate from booking.com as their account was locked. When we got in the room there's cockroach and when we moved one of the bed there are so many dusts

The staff are nice .

The hotel advertising looks clean and neat but when I got there it's a dirty place and smells bad I don't recommend this place for families beds are old and squeaky I didn't sleep well at all.

I could walk or catch jeepney or be dropped by one at doorstep
