the staff was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and very helpful. also a very short walk from the lift and ticket office.
not too many food options within walking distance once the slopes close. Not a big deal, you just need to plan ahead.

Matt (the host) was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. it was a relaxed environment with a great communal lounge. The breakfast was lovely ☺️

Very friendly staff. Both staff and guests are international, and you can have a rare experience in Japan. The evening dinner is also very European and very tasty.
It's economical in Niseko, but it's expensive compared to other Japanese ski inns.

Location was excellent. Staff were over and beyond in their service. Cleanliness, aesthetics, and facilities were superb. 👌

Easy walk to the lifts and local onsen, great authentic vibe with ski tuning, laundry, and relaxed atmosphere. Matt was a fantastic host who really helped us out with transportation when it wasn’t available otherwise.

literally 5mins walk to the ski area, super convenient.

The property’s location is superb. Just a 3 minute walk to the gelende’s slopes. The lodge is very nice. Can’t believe we were upgraded to a much bigger room. Feels like you’re just in your own house.
The lodge has no simple amenities like set of tooth paste and toothbrush and a hair dryer. I think those are essentials especially if you forgot to bring your own.

My Stay at Annupuri Lodge, was beyond my greatest expectations ~ I was welcomed by the kindest and loveliest staff who went above and beyond to help me! My room had a great view with lots amazing sunlight in the morning! I would highly recommend staying here.

A walk distance to the gondola, love the breakfast, the chef was very nice. Staff were very nice.
The shower rooms were not clean, blocked drain, the male toilet door lock was broken. Somehow I got checked in with no introduction to the facility.
