The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean and the location was okay; about a 10 minute walk to the centre square.

The breakfast was almost comically bad. A small bread roll with an unknown paste thinly spread inside with a plastic cup of instant coffee. The room would greatly benefit from a mini fridge and a smart TV to access Netflix and online apps.

Conviniently located under 1 km from bus station. 10-15 min walking to main square.

The receptionist seemed annoyed and reluctant. cleaning really friendly though.

Staff were lovely, super helpful. Secure parking onsite. Good food hall near. Great for one night. Had a fan available too.

Place is a little old now. But it's clean and serviceable.

Great location between the bus station (10 min walk) and the centre which was nicer than I expected. Good room with comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom.

For breakfast you get a toast with ham and cheese, already prepared. As a vegetarian this is not acceptable to me. Also I didn't like that you have to specify in the evening at what time you want your breakfast. I prefer more flexibility. But in the end I should have skipped the breakfast anyway.

the room was noisy, the bathroom is full of mold and in the night we were kept up very late by noisy people in the adjoining bedroom

The breakfast was fresh and made by the staff- perfect portions. The room was spacious and cozy. We had hot water for showers and a private bathroom.

It's hard to be fair to this hotel as everything is coloured by the TERRIBLE tour they sold us and then refused to refund. DO NOT BUY THEIR TOUR! It's a waste of an afternoon. The rooms are also really noisy.

Late check in was ok. Reasonable price.

The room was super loud and towards the street. No possibilities to sleep during our short visit. Staff spoke no English. Tacna wasn't a nice town and roads were in terrible condition so taxis refused to drive to bus terminal.
