Adorable y mágicamente cómoda casa de playa junto al mar. La sala tiene un sofá cama doble y sillas para sentarse, TV por cable / reproductor de DVD / VCR. Pequeña mesa de juego disponible, y libros para su placer de lectura. Cubierta en la parte posterior con mesa y sillas, barbacoa de carbón, porche con juguetes de playa en un banco de mimbre. ¡2 habitaciones Queen y 2 baños completamente remodelados, uno con tragaluz! El porche trasero se ha ampliado a un área de comedor con una sala de estar también. Encontrará el otro durmiente gemelo aquí. La cubierta trasera tiene muebles de exterior y una cerca de privacidad (no completamente cerrada). Tranquilo mar del norte con un encanto encantador, tranquilo y mágico. Wifi gratis incluido. Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great, short walk to beach and 1 min drive to route 101. Maybe I’m getting old but the showers had really good hot water, definitely a plus.

My wife and my adult son stayed at this house for three nights between Christmas and New Year eve 2023. We want to experience the winter settings of Seaside and Cannon Beach.
The house is exactly described in the listing. It is located in a very quite neighborhood.
My opinion is that this place is perfect for two couples. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms meet the accommodation needs for four adults. The driveway can park two vehicles.
The kitchen is fully stocked.
If you like to read, this house has several hard cover books for you to pass the time.
Both the kitchen and bathrooms are recently renovated.

We loved this little cabin by the Ocean. It's a great location close to downtown Seaside and just a short walk to the shore. Plenty of room for our party of 4 adults. Kitchen is well appointed and really nicely updated. The beds are a bit soft for our tastes and they could use more pillows (only two small per bed). The screen door was hard to close and should be lockable. Overall, the home is very clean and comfortable. We would book it again in a heartbeat.

Very close to beach access as well

This is a nice little house with very close beach access. It was pretty clean except for the floors/rugs. We would've appreciated window coverings throughout, especially the front door as well as blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There are some tripping hazards with the floor transitions in/out of the kitchen as well as to the laundry room and off the back step. The front sun room really needs a proper door that can be fully secured. Otherwise we had a great stay.

House was very nice. we were pleased with all the kitchen accessories, which made cooking easier. The kitchen rugs were very slippery, and should be more controlled. We were joined by our daughter, her husband, and 3 year old grandson for dinner, but they did not stay at the house. It worked very well. neighborhood is close to beach and very quiet.

Simple 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage in neighborhood north of Seaside center. Easy access to ocean and river. Dining/ sitting room addition allows for activities away from bedrooms. Clean and well appointed.

The house was terrific, with a nice yard and deck for relaxing. Check-in and -out was easy with the keypad. One of the most well-stocked kitchens I've ever seen! Beds were so-so on the comfort level, but having 2 baths is wonderful! The street isn't paved, so cars kicked up a fair amount of dust when the windows were open, and there's no a/c, so if it's warm, that's often. Very comfortable place to hang out, with great TV and tons of books/games, but no DVD/VCR as listed. It's a hike to the water, but perfect for those of us who didn't go specifically for beach time anyway. Nice off-street parking. One level house surrounded by large looming properties, but they were empty when we were there, so no worries! hahaha We had a nice visit!

For the price to stay here we felt you were required to do to much when you departed. The beach was not in our walking distance but that was no problem as we drove to seaside. I would stay here again but we go on vacation so my wife does not have to do laundry Etc this is a vacation.

Great location, close to the beach and within a short drive to downtown. However, I was surprised that I had to do laundry and empty the garbages before leaving otherwise I would be charged $50. Also, you need to make your laundry products scent free for those sensitive to scents. Other than that it was clean and well stocked with everything you could need.

Very cute cottage, well appointed, one block from an uncrowded beach in a quiet neighborhood translates into a relaxing stay. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds were appreciated. Highly recommend.

This property was just as described. Very clean and neat, wonderful decorated, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and clean, towels were not a problem as very well stocked, in fact whole house was very well stocked. We had not ever rented a VRBO so we brought al of any seasonings, pans, etc. that we thought that we would need, but didn't really
need to so next time we will know. Plenty of games, books, so you will not be board. The only thing that I wish was that it was a closer walk to downtown Seaside, but we would diffidently rent this place again. Beautiful back yard and deck. The price was good and I will recommended this place to family and friends. I give them a 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Definitely coming back!
The town was a great spot. 2 minute walk to the beach on top of amazing yard for kids to play. BBQ & some games or beach toys already there. Our family rarely gets time to meet up & this was the perfect idea & stay for us all. We really enjoyed the separate living room space so the kids had space to play as adults talked or watched a movie. If you do stay in seaside I recommend checking out the aquarium! You can feed the sea lions. Let the star fish & other amazing sea creatures in there. Octopus was our favorite. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home.

Perfect for a family of 4
Convenient location, close to boardwalk (we drove), 1 block to trails that take you to the beach. Owner has provided all that we needed for amenities. We recommend!

Cute and cozy
We stayed with our four teen-aged guys. The kitchen was useful and we enjoyed the location. There are lots of books and a great seating area at the back of the house. FYI - the living room doesn't have quite enough seating for six people to watch a movie together, and the two hide-a-beds are on the small side. All in all it was a nice place to stay and we would enjoy coming again.

Close to the beach, very clean and organized
Comfortable beds; we slept so well here! Livingroom is a bit dark but plenty of other living space to enjoy daylight during the day time. Felt very welcomed.

Lovely Visit
We had a wonderful time here! The teenagers took over the front room but the moms were able to enjoy the little sunroom in the back! Loved the short walk to the beach. Very quiet and convenient location!

great family get away
We came here on spring break with our 3 kids, ages 7, 5, and 3. It was a perfect place for us - fully stocked with all of the necessary kitchen supplies and linens, as well as a washer and dryer. We also appreciated having two bathrooms. It was just a block away from the beach - a fast walk for adults and a decent walk for little kids :)

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were all functional, beds comfortable and the kitchen and eating areas worked very well for us. The only negative is the WIFI is incredibly slow which prevented me from completing an online work assignment and even reading online news.

We loved our stay at this cozy little beach house. It was the perfect size for our family. We will definitely stay here again. It’s a real gem!

Good but door handles need fixed
Always enjoy staying here but the door handles to the bathroom and utility room both fell off while we were there.

Bungalow close to the beach
Thus little bungalow is blocks from the beach, with plenty of room to stretch out and come together. We played games around the dining room table and cooked in the well-stocked kitchen. Great place to stay for a little getaway!

Nice little beach house
It was as expected nice little place nothing new and fancy but very suitable for our family of 4. Everything worked as described no big surprises. Only fault the outside garbage was full of loose trash in which was stated to not put unbagged trash in can but it was half full of unbagged trash upon our arrival. I tried calling to report but no answer. Hopefully I don’t get charged. Other than that it was a nice stay.
