Location was excellent.

The bed was out of form due to lot of use.

The location and the easy pick up/drop off of the keys.

The mezzanine room is dangerous with its stairs. Not enough large for luggage.

The location is perfect! There was everything except food in the room for a comfortable life. I was very happy that he had an iron. Everything was clean. The explanations were accurate and regular and there was no ambiguity for me. The internet was great. The building was quiet and peaceful.

Because of the stairs and the fact that the washroom was on the upper floor, I don't think it is a good option for children, the stairs are dangerous and in a bad place, they are sharp and metal and hurtful. I think it was our bad luck that a dog peed in the elevator on the first day and until the last day that disgusting smell bothered us. And also these days they were repairing the asphalt of the street and the sound of cars bothered us every morning from 7.

Quite a bit of construction going on right outside the window - they didn't work late but started quite early and restricted access to the building.

It was very clean. The central location. Safe. Lift. please provide a long handled sweeping brush.

The spiral stairs need a pole at the top to help negotiate the first step, the table is too close to the bottom step. We were only 2 people but I could not imagine 4 people being comfortable because of lack of space, and that the bathroom is through the bedroom. There were planned road works straight outside the building on all sides re surfacing and we were not warned – including all night long for 5 of the nights. It was very loud, despite earplugs we hardly slept. This meant we were tired during the daytime and didn’t do as much as we planned to. In fact we ate out every evening as we couldn’t be bothered to cook. The towels smelled of cigarette smoke as did the corridor. I washed them before we used them – luckily we brought our own. 1 towel each is not enough for a week in my opinion.

We stayed at apt.6. Apartment was big and had all the necessary appliances like dish washer, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc. Location was very good. Check in and check out was easy

The location was great, very central

the spiral staircase was a bit of a hazard, it was also quite dark in the apartment. It’s also quite noisy, you can hear the other apartments banging their doors. if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem. If you have long hair and need a decent hairdryer I suggest taking your own.

Location was amazing but Internet was almost not working.

It's a excellent for us a family.The price for this is amazing and worth it.My son Loves this apartment and it's accessible in all aspects tram,groceries,restaurant.its clean and safe ..for sure we will go back and booked here again... hkeep it up and bravo!!!
