Overall experience was positive! Plenty of bed space and enough room inside to be comfortable. We had 4 children under 2, so the steep hill of the yard made it hard for us to utilize.
Host was great at responding quickly to answer any questions. .communicating.

Great amenities for the kids and plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. We were visiting for a week of softball tournaments for nationals. Driveway is EXTRA steep so glad we weren't staying in the winter. The house could have been cleaner when we arrived, floors need a good once over with mopping and they said the carpets were cleaned that day but when we dropped something under a bed in the basement it looked like a vacuum hadn’t even been run under the bed in some time let alone carpet cleaner. I wouldn’t say this is the fault of the owner but maybe reconsider the housecleaners hired. Another thing in the basement main living area there are exposed tack strips so couldn't walk around barefoot, a few of our guest got stabbed in the foot, the strips are hidden by carpet where there is transition of carpet to plank flooring. Overall was sufficient for our needs, price could have been cheaper considering the cleaniness and all.

This was a great house with plenty of space for all three families. Great location within minutes of all the Branson activities. We even walked to putt-putt with the grandkids. When I asked a couple questions, our host responded within minutes. We will be back.

We loved this home, my family and i really enjoyed our stay and the homeowners was wonderful and was very quick on responding and taking care of situations at a reasonable time. I would most definitely book this home again for our next stay in Branson.

Location. Location. Location. Value for money. Amenities galore. Comfortable beds -- and given that kids fell asleep on couches and floor every night we could have slept a full platoon. Plus did I say "hot tub"? Thanks for making the holidays special!!

House is very spacious with a lot of parking space, great location close to the strip, shows and all other attractions. We loved using hot tub and kids enjoyed game room, will definitely come back next year.

This was my family’s first annual vacation. We enjoyed the accommodations. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around without the concern of them bumping into tables and possibly breaking things. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was ample space for 3-4 people to cook/prepare meals together. The host was very responsive. One suggestion would be to upgrade the towels. We would definitely stay here. again.

We had 10 adult men stay here for a golf vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very comfortable. We are a fairly simple group of men who just needed a place to crash at night since we were mostly gone throughout the day. It was perfect for our group.

House is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Lots of space for everyone, large kitchen, game room was a huge plus. Close to all the attractions, plenty of parking. Owner Elena was very responsive and provided great experience. We will definitely come back next year..

The place was spacious, plenty to do for the kids and the host responded back fast. The problem was some of the things needed to be updated, the carpet needed to be cleaned, the coffee pot was nasty, we found trash behind the dresser downstairs, we found trash under the bed downstairs, found some glasses under the bedroom downstairs, and we found someone hunting license at the foot of the bed in the king size bed upstairs. This is the first time I've stayed in another property that didn't have extra towels, extra paper towels, no cleaning supplies and the basic things you use on a daily basis. I'm not sure if all the other places does that, but we had to go to the store and buy paper towels and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed ourselves in spite of a few things and I loved the fact that it was close by everything.

It was more roomy than it looked in the pictures!! The stay was great, we saw a lot of sights , love bed the Dolly Stampede, the Showboat, and the greatest was Queen Esther!!!

Nice facility. Plenty of room for all. We had 5 couples there. Host was very responsive to all requests for information and/or attention. Couches were a little worn, but other than that all amenities were accurately listed. We had a good time and would consider staying there again.

My family and I stayed in this house and it was exactly as described and pictured. It was very spacious and clean. Only problem we had the first night was the water wasn't getting hot but after contacting the owner he sent someone right out and they fixed it. Would most definitely stay here again 😊

The check in process and location were great. The rental is in a nice location easy to get to anywhere you might be going. The rental was large and would accommodate a big group easily! The back door Does Not Lock!! It looks like someone broke in and busted the lock, and it cannot be locked. We had to move the couch in front of those doors at night and sleep with the bedroom doors locked and a weapon by our bed to feel safe. Even then it was dangerous. No rental should have doors that you cannot secure. I emailed, called, and texted the owner with No response!!!!!! When we moved the light deteriorating sofa in front of the door , there was food and a sock u see it. The owner should really get a new housekeeper! There was a cookie behind a nightstand in one of the bedrooms. The cleanliness was poor. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The furniture in the living room was really worn out. This could be a lovely stay with a good housekeeper and updated living room furniture. The lock on the back door Must be fixed! You should never rent this out until it is. It is Not safe in this condition. We were a group of ladies and it was wrong that this happened to us!

Five minutes after entry and picking bedrooms, my grandchildren told me "This adventure house is the best."
It is spacious, quiet home with outside space for the kids to play, a wonderful hot tub that we all enjoyed. We were able to have meals together, clear the table and play games. It is close to everything, but in a very quiet area. We filled every day with things we wanted to see and do and were able to return to rest before the games began.
I would highly recommend this house to larger families, for its space and the ability to get away from each other when the inevitable disagreements occur (4 children 7-13). Eight bedrooms, upstairs living area, downstairs, pool table, kitchenette, and room to enjoy. This is one very happy family.
I would not hesitate to rent this house again if we choose Branson, MO for our spring break. Thank you!

The property was as advertised. Plenty of room, hot tub and pool table were a plus for our group. Very close to the strip and other Branson attractions. Elena was very easy to deal with on a couple of small issues. Overall we would recommend the property to anyone needing a large space close to Branson attractions.

What a great house for the whole family to gather and have Thanksgiving. Great location for that early morning shopping trip to Tanger as well as last minute run to Walmart. The pool table and other games kept the teens entertained and the table seating in the kitchen was perfect. Great house!

We loved this big house. It gave all 21 of us space to be without being on top of each other. We loved the spacious bedrooms, family areas and the large kitchen. The hot tub and game tables were all a big hit with the kids ranging from 6-20 years of age! The location near so many activities and theatres was super. The cost was reasonable for this many of us.
A couple suggestions would be: more kitchen plug-ins, a larger garbage container when that many people are there, and a few more towels for extras for the large group. Overall...a great place to stay!!

The property was everything we were looking for and just as the photos demonstrated. I would recommend a deeper step going from the house to the garage as we had several people slip and fall on that particular step,.

Everything was great. We grilled outside, we used the kitchen, game room, whirlpool bath, jacuzzi, had an unfortunate mishap with a glass table top (my fault) and she sent a handyman right out to take care of it. Fantastic stay.

Our first impression was, “wow this is a great place”. But we found some draw backs. The kitchen was big and impressive but it was very dark. Several light bulbs were out. I had to use my phone light to see to cook. We only found 2 kitchen towels and no dishrags. We went and bought some.
The only couch is very dated and broken down. the fabric is even worn through in places.There was one futon in the upstairs living area.. We had occasion to lift the cushion of the couch to look for something and the filth under the cushions was appalling. It hadn’t been vacuumed in ages if ever.
The back door would not lock. I talked to Elena after we left and she said they failed to leave the note to explain the back door.
My son and daughter-in-law said their bed was very comfortable. Ours on the other hand was not.
Looking for lost shoes we discovered one of the beds was held up with paint cans and blocks of wood.
The location is great and it is a very nice neighborhood .
I should have read some of the other reviews more carefully. It seems many of the things we had issues with have been issues for a while.
