Clean and great location

we booked a family room and we’re very disappointed that there was no microwave

The room was quiet appreciated the cereal for breakfast

No signs indicating where to check in had to look for staff. Had to go to bistro to find staff.No drop box for key at checkout. No Shampoo or Conditioner supplied. Bed was really hard not comfortable at all. Shower was really small.

Location was central to all amenities. Room was very neat, clean and comfortable. Great hotel for meals - food was delicious.

Nice quiet location. Nice views

Bed was half made, sheets didn’t cover mattress. Mould in shower that come off if you wiped it with a cloth. Under vanity was water damage and smelt.

rooms need TLC. bar fridge in one of the 4 rooms we booked had the ice box hanging down on to the top self and had to get staff to remove it and replace the fridge

rooms are outdated. you could feel the springs on the mattresses. paint peeling and bubbling on the walls.

rooms need some TLC bar fridges aren’t cold even after adjusting them to a higher setting. bar fridge had surface rust on the front of it

Prius, meals were very ordinary

The location is great. it’s literally ‘a room with a view’ sitting on top of the hill.

Getting food from the hotel for dinner was appalling. It took over 1hr for our fish and chicken Parmy to arrive! Also, there is no curtain or blind out the front so the outside lights shine into the room all night.
