There was one particular man that was so friendly walking around being so lovely!!! He was so lovely to my daughter. Everytime we passed him walking around he said hi. Lady at reception who checked us in was also very helpful and lovely!

The blonde girl at the cafe working the afternoon shift wasn’t friendly at all. Hardly spoke and wasn’t helpful. She worked during the day on Saturday too.

My children had an absolute blast here. It was their first holiday and I couldn't have been more happy with how the resort was. Desiree was an excellent staff member who attended to all my needs and I think she is just great.

The pool and waterpark were great fun, there were lots of activities for the grandchildren. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the motel, we had 4 rooms, 4 families, 16 people, there was a balcony out front with plenty of tables and chairs which was perfect for us to socialise in. we highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

The Waterpark was great. Jumping pillow was fun for bigger kids. Pool was really nice. BBQ area was close by our unit. The place was easy to find and close to fun things. Loved the Cafe. Staff were friendly.

Hard to find our unit in the dark on arrival. We had to sweep and mop (with a broken mop) as the floor was gritty underfoot. Not sure if we missed them but only got fresh towels etc. 5 days into our 6 day holiday. Laundry cost $10 to wash and dry a single load. New playground could have been made bigger, adventure park style given the space and amount of kids. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. The place could do with a corner store type thing for necessities.

For a few days the bed wasn’t made properly. The covers were just thrown over the unmade bed. The bathroom floor wasn’t washed properly and the toilet wasn’t cleaned.

Easy to access. The room was excellent - neat, clean and very comfortable.

We were on the 1st floor - we were unaware of this at the time of booking. It was a little difficult due to hip and knee surgeries.

EVERYTHING! Easy cafe ordering.. location.. pool and slide were amazing! Love love love! Cannot fault! Easiest check in ever !! didn’t have to leave my car haha beautiful room and the bed oh soooo comfy! My daughter has been raving and asking when are we going back

Good location to theme parks. The size of the cabin and the three bathrooms.

The price is excessive for what you get. The retreat cabin is in need of renovation and in the meantime a deep clean. One bedroom and bathroom had constant unpleasant smells despite opening windows to let in fresh air. The washing machine did not work and we reported it the next morning to be advised that it would be fixed by our return that evening. Upon return the washing machine still did not work and due to a closed reception had to wait until morning to report again. Reported again and returned again to still a non-functioning machine. Apparently they fixed the machine in the wrong cabin. A helpful staff member came to see what he could do that evening, however had to wait until the third day for repairers to attend and fix the machine. The attitude of staff when we asked for additional clothes washing liquid sachets was not pleasant (only two sachets were originally provided for 7 people staying for 6 nights visiting beaches and waterparks).

The room cleaned everyday. The friendly staff and the amazing facilities for kids.

There were some rough guest who seemed to take ownership of the cabanas. Might need to look into a booking system for these. The main pool needs staff to monitor pool side behaviour of rough kids and some adults.

The location is great for those visiting the theme parks and the rooms are clean and well designed.

I have limited ability and wrote this in my booking form. We got a reply saying this could be accommodated. When we arrived, accommodation was up a large flight of stairs. When we rung to talk to them we were told they are fully booked and couldn’t moved us. We booked more than a month in advance. I then had to struggle up those stairs a few times. Definitely ring if you need a specific type of accommodation.
