Breakfast spread was good and delicious.

Hurt my feet on a metal inlay that is jagged inside the room. The hotel needs better maintenance on this. Very difficult to get taxis from the hotel.

The staff is simply excellent.

The room was a little hot and quite dry. Shanghai was dry during my stay, but I was surprised wake up feeling drier than Michigan’s winter.

Great breakfast, incredibly accommodating staff, beautiful pool. Loved our stay there- very convenient for the Minhang area.

The location was great and the breakfast was amazing. The club benefits are excellent, especially the afternoon tea. I strongly suggest you upgrade to it because it's good value for money. The facilities are good and the room is very comfortable.

There was a small mix up regarding fees but the deputy manager Sherry quickly rectified the situation which I am thankful for her fast response and good customer service skills! It is only a small thing I know but there should be tissues on the table when you're having breakfast because I am a messy eater and often need something to wipe my hands with tissue. It's a bit inconvenient to have to ask the waiter to get me some tissues. It's not the end of the world I know but just a suggestion for how they could do things better.
