The stay was great it was clean had plenty of room. The property mgr was great check in and out was easy. Great views close to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Great location would definite stay again.

Our family has several married couples who all got a king sized bed. The downstairs suite provides a private space with queen pullout and small kitchen which worked out perfectly for our family. The large open living space was awesome- complete with a beautiful view of the gulf. We had a GREAT stay!

We had 12 guests in our rental. 8 adults and 4 children. This rental was great! I would recommend for big families or split between friend groups. I think the only thing I would change is the downstairs would have a day bed with a trundle pullout instead of a pull out couch. The 2 adults that stayed down there said that bed was not very comfortable. Nothing that would keep us from renting again though. Great private access to the beach. It was close enough to town to do any touristy things you want but still far enough away to make you feel secluded which is a must for us! Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!

I found the Blue Swell staff to be professional and helpful. I only had 1 issue and they resolved it right away. The unit was very clean upon arrival. I'm giving an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because of the shabby condition of the bedding and the carpet.

The house was perfect for our group. We had one issue with sewage smell on bottom level. I reported on Sunday and they finally came to fix on Friday late afternoon so it was not as pleasant for my daughter and her family who stayed on the bottom level. Still waiting to hear back from blueswell. Other than this issue and really firm beds, everything was great. We may consider staying here again.

Two families, each with kids ages ranging from 6 to 17 years old. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Second and third floor balconies are spacious.
Very convenient location. Simply walk right across the street and you're at a beautiful beach! We've stayed at several very nice high rise condos down the street over the years and enjoyed those stays. But this was much better in that there are less people and there is plenty of room to spread out on the beach. You're not going to be right on top of other people like you would be at the high rise beach areas. We brought our chairs and umbrellas but you can also rent items too. I forget if it's through the manager or otherwise, but it's an option.
All of the bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had lots of room to relax all over the house. Large master bed and bath with large balcony on top floor. The kitchen and living room area are perfectly set up for families to enjoy time together in the evenings or to have breakfast together, play games, etc. There is a hose and shower right next to the front door to wash the sand off before entering. The garage opens from the inside and we kept our beach gear there without worrying about getting the house dirty. Short drive to shopping and restaurants, Pier Park, etc.
Coffee maker malfunctioned first day and they replaced it right away the same day. The only thing I would change is that the washer/dryer need to be replaced soon, as they are pretty worn down from lots of use.
This was our favorite PCB/Destin stay ever and we definitely recommend this to others. We will hopefully be back!

The beach was not crowded and we had the beach to ourselves a couple days. I would absolutely go back to this house and highly recommend. The staff at Blue Swells were super friendly and helpful.
If I had any feedback I would so the bunk beds do need either thicker mattresses or bunkie boards. The mattress easily slipped through the slats and caused my eleven year old to fall through and hit his face. We just didn’t use the top bunks after that.

Beach Getaway
After a long year with Covid, this was a well needed beach getaway. This property offered great views and was able to accommodate my whole family. I would definably recommend!!!
