very nice place. clean, nice big, room. kitchen and a very very nice espressomachine. super closeto the local kitespots. got bikes for a amall fee for a ride to town of marsala. rooftop with nice sunnset view. did i mention the coffee?

the staff were lovely, very helpful with booking us a taxi and making coffee for us in the morning. we stayed here for one night as we had late evening flight and needed to pick up a car from the airport in the morning - the place is 10 minutes from the airport.

the shower wasn’t great and the staff, although lovely, didn’t speak much english.

the room was clean and spacious. additional kitchen facilities with free tea coffee and water were a welcome treat. we were late arriving but was still able to check in. staff friendly and helpful

The location for kitesurfing and day trips to neighbouring town and cities was excellent- 5 mins. walk along the lagoon bank to our kitesurfing launch spot and school. Breakfast was plenty and with a variety- brilliant coffee! Excellent roof terrace with amazing view of Lo Stagnone and surrounding island. Spacious room and comfortable bed cleaned daily to perfection. The staff and host were very kind and I felt looked after throughout my stay.

Booking.com's description of the room I had booked was inaccurate. There was no mention of room 2 not having an ensuite bathroom and this on arrival was a bit of a surprise. According to the host's son, he has reached out to Booking.com numerous times in the past and requested to have the description of the room and its facilities amended. Nevertheless, 2 days after my arrival, with an additional fee of 60 Euros, I was able to change to a beautiful studio apartment.

The A/C struggled to keep the room cool. The breakfast could of have been better, with more variety.

Great location for Kitesurfing, quiet, good value. Not far off perfect for what we needed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. Nothing to complain about.
