No fighting from the people that were drinking at the hotel we were woken buy some people that we’re drinking in the hotel at130 next to our room swearing and looking to fight someone

food was excellent

Quite noisy room due to location of an air compressor adjacent to the room which switched on and off intermittently throughout the night. Must have had an air leak because it would restart about every 30 minutes and was particularly loud. Had a very disturbed night's sleep on a very firm mattress. Only one pillow per person too. On the plus side, the location was great and very convenient to the CBD, there was free parking and the room, although spartan, was spotlessly clean and tidy. Did advise the motel by telephone the following day (we left before they were open) but was not able to speak to manager which I would have preferred. I also emailed to let them know about the noisy compressor but did not receive any response.

rooms were very clean and tidy. staff were friendly and being attached to the hotel made it easy for dinner and drinks. price was also very competitive.

Great little find in roma. Definitely value for money. You get free biscuits for your cup of tea and a decent amount of milk just just 2 teaspoons.

The shower has great pressure and the room was clean.

Don't stay there on a weekend night. There is a nightclub and you cannot escape the noise. Even if you weren't planning to go to sleep at a decent hour, you can't hear the TV over the racket. Once that finally finished the bottle clean up began. The bed was super hard.

Great spot, ff street parking and nice modern room close to everything and the pub.
