Small capacity on breakfast- lack of cheese, ham, fruits Scrambled eggs And bacon on request - low availability

it was plagued with issues from the very start. a real let down for multiple customers

We arrived and checked in we had two rooms one was clean the second hadn’t been touched from the night before. The reception wasn’t open so we used the 24/7 intercom to speak to customer services. who then changed our room to one that was clean! After opening that room the same story it hasn’t been touched it was at this point 4:30 pm then a new guest arrived and used the pc to check in we then watched them go to our room and walk in our room to be greeted by the same dirty room. a third customer came again they had been checked into a dirty room. by this point we stood in line with five people trying to check into rooms all with issues. The second time we spoke to the 24/7 they started to handle the issue in a unprofessional manner. in the end the manager came and issued us with a clean room without any form of sorry. all in all this was a very poor experience.

Definitely the box standard B&B: if checking in late, need to go to the hole on the wall to retrieve room number and ´the’ access code… no air con… but usb

- not clearly lit up and therefore slightly difficult to find - Wi-Fi signal was very weak and kept booting me out unless I am using it - no online check in

Bed was very comfy and room was a reasonable size

Toilet very awkward to use, had to sit on sideways because of stairway above!!!! No air con as per advert!!

there wasn’t anything I liked about this place. I hesitate to call it a hotel!

I didn’t like being locked outside of the security gates, along with 4.5 other cars. it was a complete shambles. it took so long to get into the place, my grandchildren fell asleep without dinner’

Small room with a nice bed and good pillows. 5min drive from village centre.

there must have been a plumbing defect because although very clean, the bathroom smelled once we arrived in the room.

It was a quirky room with an upstairs for the kids. They loved it.

Extremely small room and bathroom, but the worst was definitely the fact that the rooms don't have Air Conditioning !!!!!

Breakfast was adequate and what you would expect for this type of hotel. Bed was comfortable and the shower was very good.

We had difficulty finding hotel as the signage was so small we drove past, hotel is tucked away in a sort of trading estate. You need a car to drive into centre to eat.

Housekeeping need to look in corners/on pipes for dust.

There for a late arrival and early departure the following morning. Worked perfectly.

Booking initially not recognised. after several calls to the helpdesk the system appaered to catch up and provide the entrance codes.

Great location and easy to find. Very low cost

Room was dirty, floor was dirty with crisps on floor and dust. Lack of air con so very hot. Booked for 4 people, only had bedding for 3. Neighbour sat outside on phone until late with a bubble pipe, really loud and intrusive. No staff to speak to.
