El apartamento está totalmente equipado en el principal paseo marítimo Promenade des Anglais, la playa cruzando la calle, público y privado. Tiene A / C. El edificio está a 100 metros de la famosa Hotel Negresco, autobuses al aeropuerto y otras ciudades en frente del edificio. Very easy check-in and check-out with the very synaptic Francis. Perfect location at the promenade. The flat had a room with double bed and another room with two single beds. Every room had it‘s own A/C. Everything was very clean.

Great place right on the promenade, about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. You are right on the public beach or can use a private section where you can rent beds. Place was very clean, ac worked very well and Frances was great with the check in process .

Apartment was exactly as shown. Very clean and spacious in a great location. The beach clubs across the street do create noise at night which can be heard in apartment, but location and views of water made up
for it. All in all a great place to stay in Nice. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the property. The apartment was as described. Francine, the property manager was a godsend when our little one got sick and she helped us navigate a doctor coming to the property and then helped us with the pharmacy to get her prescription filled. We enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the promenade and all that Nice has to offer. We loved our stay. We look forward to returning again and staying there.

The property was in a perfect location close to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the train you can take to other places near Nice. It was clean & spacious with the main bathroom having one of the biggest showers we’ve seen in Europe.

The view of the water could not be any better. Nice apartment with good hosts and many wonderful shops just steps away. Try riding a bike along the promenade or to the harbor.

My friend and I absolutely loved this condo. Everything about it felt like home. The best was sitting in the living room with an unbelievable view of the water. The location is really great. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. We easily walked to the old town, the train station, the Russian Orthodox Cathedral (all 10-15 minutes away). I definitely hope to stay in this condo the next time I am in Nice.

A very nice apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

Perfect accommodations for three of us ladies. Apartment is very clean and well keep. Location is great w beautiful ocean views across the promenade. Groceries, beach clubs, restaurants all easily in walking distance.
Frances, our host, was gracious and helpful upon arrival and checking in on our stay.
There was some breakdown in communication w owner prior to arrival as she made an error with my email address so I didn’t receive prior information/ instructions for access until late the night before arrival.
VRBO site is glitchy and does not always work for important conversation. I suggest following up on all your correspondence w owner at least a week before your arrival date.
Highly recommend! I would stay again if I travel again to Nice!

Apartment was well appointed just as advertised. Air conditioning throughout which worked great! Good communication from both owner and property manager. Easy check in and check out. Apartment is up one flight of stairs and directly across from the beach with several beach clubs and restaurants close by. Tram to take you to
Old Nice or Airport is just a few blocks away. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

It was just the very best of all of our stays in France ! Host was so communicative in getting us out to see attractions. Just a delightful person ! Excellent English and very friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean and updated, with views to the boulevard and promenade along the spectacular sea and beach. We were more than pleased ! Thank you Francis and Nadine !

We couldn’t have expected a better place for our family of 4 to spend a week in Nice. The property is well represented on VRBO and as comfortable & pleasant as one would hope. Everything from check in/out to transportation and to access to the beach & points of interest is perfectly convenient and easy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful flat overlooking the sea
This two bedroom/two bathroom is perfect for a family. Air conditioner units in both bedrooms and living room/kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with all your needs. Washer/dryer combo and dishwasher. The walk to the beach is two minutes and there’s loads of restaurants within walking distance. Old Town is about a 20 minute walk. I would recommend this flat to anyone visiting Nice!!

Cute place in Nice with a great view!
Our family of three from California recently spent four nights in this lovely, beachfront apartment in Nice. The location was ideal and allowed us to very easily visit the beach as often as we wanted to and was also within walking distance of all the shopping and restaurants we could possibly visit. To only have to walk a few steps to get to the promenade was a treat and if you don't want to walk anymore, you can sit comfortably in the living room and enjoy looking out at the beach and people going by. Even with its street and beach location the apartment was very quiet and easy to relax in after a long day of visiting historic Nice. We would definitely recommend this place to stay. The pictures represented the apartment well but the view from its windows is far better in person! Thank you, Frances!

Beautiful apartment!
We loved staying in this beautiful apartment! The view from the living room was amazing! So wonderful to sit in a lovely apartment with air conditioning and enjoy the views of the beach and the Promenade de Anglais while sipping wine in the evenings. The location is perfect--with a short walk to Old Nice. We loved our accommodations and highly recommend this apartment to all.

Nice is nice
I had an enjoyable stay at the property but there is a problem with the plumbing which creates an odor. Frances the very nice and capable manager was taking care of it as it seems to be a building related matter and not with the upkeep of the apartment itself. Other than that I had no complaints!

Perfect apartment on the Promenade Des Anglais
We loved staying at this apartment. There were four of us (myself, husband, and 2 teenage sons.) It is an easy walk to Old Nice, and being situated on the Promenade is lovely. The manager for the property was very nice and met us promptly to give us the keys and show us around.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Every thing was perfect. Excellent view, modern kitchen, and fairly quiet. Frances made all things go with ease. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment in amazing location
Stayed with my husband and two daughters for four nights. We walked to everything. Restaurant downstairs was super convenient with no noise issues. Staff there was wonderful and food was great too. Very secure and clean building and apartment. Greeter was knowledgeable and helpful. Would stay again

Great Locaton
Apartment is as shown. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time there and found the property manager to be very responsive to any questions. It is in a great location. Lovely to see the sun set or rise over the sea while sipping wine or coffee in your own apartment. Noise is the cost of being in such a central place and above a very good restaurant. However, the shutters are a big help to isolating the traffic noise.

Fabulous apartment in the best spot in Nice
This apartment is bright, well furnished and equipped, and sits in a fabulous position. It is really only a 20 minute saunter to the old town, 10 minutes from lots of terrific restaurants, 2 minutes from the Negresco, and 30 seconds away from the beach. The views from the balcony are wonderful and inside is everything you need for 2 couples. Be aware that the second bedroom needs to be rearranged for a couple, and the second bathroom is small, but perfectly adequate. There are lots of extra towels in the boxes in the bedrooms. Laundry facilities are good.

A very satisfactory apartment in Nice
My daughter, son-in-law, and I had a very pleasant stay in the apartment at 52 Promenade des Anglais. The combined living and dining area and kitchen provide an airy, comfortable space for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view of the sea. The kitchen is well equipped; the bathrooms are up-to-date. Visitors arriving by automobile should be prepared to make use of the parking garage, which is a walk of several minutes from the apartment. We liked the restaurant below the apartment very much. We also recommend having a drink in the bar of the Hotel Negresco despite the appalling prices.

Another nice feature not mentioned in the description is the automatic metal window shutters. They block all noise at night and make you feel extra safe. Most importantly, the manager is super nice and a great host (unlike our Paris rental experience). There is a supermarket as well as butcher, cheese shop, right around the corner. If youre looking for a great family spot or a romantic getaway, this is a fantastic option.

Beautiful Relaxing Days by the Sea
The apartment was lovely. Exactly as you see it in the photos on the website. Beautfiful view from every window. The beds were comfortable, the living room was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and everything was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. We could walk to many sights, shops, restaurants. Anna was wonderful. She met us the day we arrived to let us in and show us where everything was and how everything worked. Thanks Anna! This was our first time renting a private property and it was great. Will definitely do this again.
