Nothing to complain about.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the ladies at the reception desk are charming. The rooms are generally clean and well maintained, as is the rest of the building. The wifi is good, the location is kind of convenient (4km from the airport just going straight, but one main road further will give you closer access to the better restaurants, bars, coffee shops, beach beds, etc). The umbrella was also great, I unfortunately needed it a lot. Overall a pleasant stay for sure and would recommend the place.

Some things just slightly bothered me as I think they were not well thought out: there is a safe locker in the room but it is placed on the ground and therefor just inconvenient to use. So it will take a while to find out there is one, only to then understand its kinda inconvenient and awkward. The closet was not really useful to put away your stuff so I put my suitcase open on the floor which does take some space. There are power-outlets, light switches, and fan switch located in a really awkward and unusable position at the height of the right side bed pillows. So your pillow will hit whatever you stick in the outlet and it will fall out. Why these are not positioned above the dressoir or bedside table is completely beyond me and really bad design. The rooms are noisy in the morning and note that you will hear all the street noises (it's a main road). I would always be awakened by noises between 7 and 8. Housekeeping threw away the soapbar every day which in my opinion is a waste of soaps. My bed linen was also not changed in the 9 days I stayed. And as others mentioned too in their reviews, the entrance stairs can get slippery with the rain and you have no rail to hold yourself on to. But I'd still recommend this place, especially if you stay for less than a week.

Вкусные завтраки в формате шведского стола - много салатов и зелени, горячие блюда каждый день меняются, можно заказать очень вкусный омлет с овощами или жареное яйцо, а также суп. В отеле есть небольшой бассейн, мини спорт зал и услуги массажа. Персонал приятный и дружелюбный.

Awesome hotel, nice service and super clean rooms. Had a nice stay. Strongly recommended. Especially the crew was super nice. The guys are nice and the 3 woman are also super friendly and make a good job. Forgot all their names but remember sunny & Annie. Thanks for the perfect vacation!! We will come back

Staff are not competent and not professional. Obviously they have no training and not enough experience. It's very surprising to me to see how much of a lack of training they have. Too naive and not enough supported by the hotel management. They are absolutely far from international guests and basic services standard

The hotel is very nice, located close to some tourist landmarks, between Mykhe Beach and Dragon Bridge. Service is awsome here, the staff was supper hepful, friendly, they speak English fluently. They offer breakfast buffet at 14th floor with nice view. The swimming pool is not much large but it’s nice, You can use even raining outside. I can say the quality of the hotel is exceeded my expectations. Must-visit hotel if you come to Danang city

Very close to the beach, a short stroll away. Very nice and friendly staff, went out of the way to surprise me with a birthday cake. Clean and comfortable room that is made up everyday.

Our hosts Tom and Luna were very hospitable. Had a comfortable stay. Location is very close to the beach.

Lifts are a bit crammed

TL;DR: Everything was great 1. Excellent Internet/Wifi. Ping is small - 20-30 milliseconds, and very stable. Ping to Europe 200 milliseconds. SSH connections are stable. Once I squeezed 400 megabits per second (50 megabytes per second) from a Wifi connection and downloaded several gigabytes very quickly, I don’t know which digital god smiled at me. 2. My room had a great view from the window - the sea and mountains. It was possible to watch the waves from the room and decide whether to go to the beach. Photos match reality. Everything is clean and new. 3. The guys at the reception speak English well and are responsive. Thank you so much Linda, Dan and Annie! 4. A small table in the room is very practical 5. There's a cool rain shower in the shower stall. 6. Designers and planners did their best. 7. Good conditioner 8. Breakfast was great, every day there is meat, vegetables, meat soup scrambled eggs etc. 9. Room cleaning every day. Hotel staff is nice! 10. There are no mosquitoes and ants, which, strictly speaking, is a frequent attribute of hotels in Asia. Thanks to this, you can safely open the window at night. 11. The location is good - a few minutes to the beach, a small supermarket, restaurants nearby. 12. An excellent bed with a width of 180 centimeters - almost King size. Four pillows - two larger, two smaller. For me, this was relevant, since I prefer smaller pillows and was able to choose what suits me best. 13. Good soundproofing or I was lucky with my neighbors. Almost never heard anything.

The gym was not impressive.

Location. Size of room. Warm welcome.

Shower cubicle needs attention due to leakage over the floor. Toilet seat/lid stained. You could see damp on walls. Outside steps steep and ideally needs a handrail - health and safety issue. Indoor pool water did not look very clean.

Just a minor point - the swimming pool could have been slightly cleaner, however, why swim in a pool when the beach is stunning and so close.

not so far from My Khe beach, around 10 mins walking. You got what u paid. Not so fancy room, but its clean and comfy.

I liked the position of the hotel near to the Dragon Bridge.

I am a muslim, the breakfast choice for a muslim/non pork eater was a bit hard. I wish there was a vegan choice instead for the muslim/non pork eater. On the other hand the breakfast itself was just normal. Should improve more especially for muslim guests. swimming pool are indoor. wanted to check it out during night time around 11am but it was a total darkness. very scary, if only the pool area have some lights. hotel should take note on this.

The hotel is in a really good location - close walking distance both to the dragon bridge and the beach. There are restaurants, shops, cafes and bars all close by. The room was very comfortable and a good size, the shower was nice and we didn’t have any noise disturbance - good sound proofing. The highlight of our stay was the staff! The receptionists at the front desk (Danny, Linda, Luna and Annie) are all so friendly and sweet. On our birthday (I was travelling with a friend who has the same birthday as me) they gave us cake, a rose and a birthday wishes note. It was such a kind gesture and it really made our day. They were always available to answer any questions or help us. Thank you for such a nice stay in Da Nang. :)

Good location, it's close to the beach and many restaurants there. Bed was comfortable and delicious omlette in the breakfast time. The staff was extremely nice and friendly especially Linda, Annie, Danny and Luna. Very great job!!

Linda was super helpful and made us feel like we are home. We were so happy to find a English speaking person in Vietnam. She was very cheerful and super friendly. Thanks for making our trip fun and wonderful.
