We had such an amazing vacation and hope to stay again. The house was clean, we enjoyed the pool and made use of the golf cart going to the beach. It was awesome to look through the pictures of the renovation process of the house too.

We loved our stay at No Coconuts Cabana! The house is exactly as pictured. Our favorite place was the cabana area by the pool. It’s a great area to hang out with family and friends. Beach access is right down the street and golf cart parking makes it really convenient. The neighborhood is quiet but close to all the conveniences in town. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to visit again, some time.

Lovely neighborhood! Cute house w a few issues- broken dining room chair and dated refrig w broken fruits drawer and door shelf. Otherwise, loved how organized the owner was Re labeling kitchen cabinets and light switches- we had fun!

Great week! House was clean and ready, although an hour beyond check in (due to housekeeping problem). Everything you need was supplied. Would most definitely stay again!

This is such a beautiful property, fully updated, pool and great cabana area with a tv! We spent most of our time out there! The property manager/housekeeping were a little disappointing, the downstairs bedroom was not cleaned, we ended up washing the sheets ourselves since the property manager never responded to our call, the toilet had a black ring in it and the linens from the previous guests stayed in the front yard throughout our stay. Other than that it was a truly great place to stay and would definitely go back

Loved the property! Only thing renters should know is listed elevator does not work so everything must be carried upstairs. It didn't change how much we enjoyed our stay, but we had young men there to help! Beautiful neighborhood, close to beach but recommend paying for golf cart for transporting stuff. House is lovely and comfortable. The 4 star on dealing with check in was due to family coming in a little early from out of state and being told cleaners were there but they should only be 20 more minutes. They waited (almost 1.5 hrs) and it stretched to the exact time of check in. If they were told 4:00, and no earlier, they could have gone to wait with family who live 15 minutes away. Despite these 2 minor things we highly recommend No Coconuts Cabana and give it an overall 5 stars! One other recommendation for a special night out is Caribsea. The food and staff were exceptional for our fancy family dinner!

Family vacation week was excellent. Accommodations were great. Pool was well maintained and clean.

Very comfortable. A little noisy with renovations next door. Elevator not working and would have been nice to give us notice of that. Hard to haul heavy coolers upstairs. Also, burner on stove not working.

Cons: I found it hard to get answers pre arrival in this app. I would have to follow up several times or would only get half of my email answered. I suggest calling if you have a question. The office is lovely when you do get someone on phone. When we arrived we were given wrong house code which was frustrating for a car full of people that just traveled for 9 hrs and needed the restroom. The elevator wasn’t working which wasn’t a huge deal but I wish they would have told us. It would have been helpful for the cooler and suitcases. The outdoor shower had a padlock that no one could find a key for. The office came and looked the next day and couldn’t find and then luckily we ran into the neighbor on day 3 and she found the key. The front porch automated screen was broken and unfortunately for us it rained and was cold so we couldn’t use that room much because it was wet and cold. (Having maintenance/property management come out 3 times while we were there for only 5 days wasn’t ideal but I guess it was good they were responsive.) Pro’s - house was very clean The back outdoor/indoor room is awesome. Such a fun hangout. The location to the beach is nice and close. Neighborhood is quiet Neighbor is super helpful! Golf cart is fun but was told you can’t leave neighborhood because you would have to go on a main road so that was a bummer that you could go to any stores or restaurants. Overall the size of the place was perfect for us and we enjoyed playing cards at night and if it’s nice enough weather, you could sit on front porch and hear ocean at night which is awesome. I’d love to come back:)

This was our second stay at No Coconuts Cabana. We love this house. The neighborhood is lovely, well kept and very quiet. The house is beautifully decorated. The owner has covered everything in the instructions. The screened porch and cabana are a perfect place to spend time. The yard is fenced and setup ideally for a dog. It is the perfect place for us. Just a short golf cart drive to the beach. We will be back!

This property absolutely exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice. The homeowners have spent time and money thinking of everything needed in a beach house! You want for absolutely NOTHING!!! We spent a week at the house with a family of 7 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the proximity to the beach. Having the golf cart was so nice for taking chairs and coolers to the beach. If the sand isn’t your thing, the pool area is fantastic!! The cabana is perfect for those sunburned days when you just need some extra shade. We highly recommend this property and we hope to stay there again!

This property is awesome. My family really enjoyed our week long vacation at "No Coconuts Cabana". Everything you need for vacation is provided and then some. The house is welcoming ,beautifully decorated, and very organized. The kitchen has everything that you would need and all the beds are comfortable. It is a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. We want to return.

We brought our family (four young kiddos and dogs) for a week long stay at No Coconuts Cabana. Everyone had a blast! The house was super cute and comfortable. We were about a five minute walk from the beach- you can opt to use their golf cart for a fee, and close to many shops and restaurants- so very convenient. My favorite part was the screened in porch. My kids loved the pool the most. If we had any issues (our first night the a.c. stopped), they were FAST to take care of it. I would have liked to know ahead of time that dogs weren't allowed in the pool/cabana area, as that meant they couldn't be outside with us while swimming because the area designated for dogs was on the side, and didn't really offer shade.

Our family loved this home! We truly felt like the house was a warm, welcoming home, not a temporary rental property. The owners made sure to provide all of the creature comforts to make our stay relaxing. This included dishes, comfortable beds, high quality indoor and outdoor furniture and a cool golf cart! There were small touches throughout that were helpful as well such as labels on the light switches and pictures indicating where dishes belong in the kitchen cabinets. Overall, the house has everything our family needed to accommodate different ages/needs. There are multiple comfortable outdoor areas (including a really quaint pool cabana) and plenty of spaces indoors for quiet, alone time as well. We had no problems taking the golf cart to the beach and really appreciated the ease of loading and parking it. Lastly, the location is really helpful. It’s barely three minutes from Publix and very close to multiple restaurants and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future!

I'm not sure our family could have chosen a better place to stay than No Coconuts Cabana! The location is incredible! The house is very well decorated, clean, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay. It is so close to the beach but being off the ocean with a pool and awesome backyard area make this a winner!! Do not hesitate to book this place. We want to go back!!

You can walk to the beach, but the property owner has a golf cart available that makes it easy. The home has wonderful amenities to make your stay relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet. This vacation spot was relaxing for the whole family, and pet friendly to boot.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at No Coconuts Canana although the week went by too fast!! The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed! The location was perfect being a short distance from the beach and in an area that was not crowded! Our communication to book the stay was super easy with no flaws and check-in and check out took less than 5 minutes!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

This home should get 10 stars! It was spotless. Decor is beautiful. Property was well thought out. It was perfect for 2 old people and a dog. Cargo elevator was a great plus. Fenced perfectly. You could let the dog out with no worries. The covered patio was ideal for just hanging out. Loved that everything was labled and had good instructions. Nice neighborhood. Quiet. Peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and would book this home again anytime. The property manager was also wonderful.

The house location was in a good spot. However the amount of cameras felt a little invading...especially in the pool area where my kids were swimming. I have also contacted the property manager and home owners on four separate occasions to request our deposit status and I have not received any acknowledgement or response.

My family, including young children/toddlers, had an amazing stay at this home. We loved the location of this quiet neighborhood, but the beach was a quick golf cart ride away. The pool was one of our favorite places to hangout and enjoy the sun after our mornings at the beach. Overall the home was clean with the exception of our bathroom shower curtain, which was had mildew growing on it; and in our bedroom it appeared someone had spilled something (looked like kitty litter but unsure) and didn’t clean it up. However, these issues didn’t ruin the stay by any means. The bedrooms were large enough for us, but the pack n play for our youngest was a squeeze. We made it work. Our family absolutely loved this house and we were happy to make some amazing memories in that home.

This was our 2nd year of enjoying this wonderful beach house. Excellent location to the beach. The pool and patio area are the BEST. Many thanks to the Massey family.

The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and had amazing outdoor space which is where we spent the majority of our time. The pool was big and the furniture made for great afternoon naps outside. Our family had an amazing time at this location, and the owner had everything very well labeled. If you are traveling with a pack n play you will have to squeeze it in and be creative. There is not a lot of extra space.

This was our first visit to Emerald Isle…we fell in love. Beach was wonderful, house was great especially the front screened porch( my personal favorite!) Towels were best I’ve ever seen provided. The pool was so refreshing. The grandkids were happy with all that Emerald Isle had to offer. Our property manager Danielle was so receptive and sent someone out immediately when we had a small problem. Thank you VRBO
