A quiet vacation community just outside of Bethany Beach.

This is my fourth year and I am consistently pleased with the accommodations. Exceptionally clean and every amenity you want and need is there. Warm and friendly environment. The owners are very responsive and customer centric.

First and foremost, this property is very clean and organized! The beds are very comfortable, and it has everything you need to cook, and they provide linens, towels, and beach chairs/umbrellas. It is kid friendly, they have a high chair, roll out bed, and kids silverware/plates. Theres also a selection of board games. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends/family

We were happy with how clean it was and the location. Owner was always super responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay again. There were 2 bummer things and one learning experience. The internet wasn’t very good, especially in the evening. So when I went to work at the lovely work desk provided in the master bedroom, I had to use my hotspot. Also the fridge was on the fritz, and we weren’t alerted until after we arrived. They did provide a mini fridge as backup, but it was in the counter so a bit obtrusive, but all understandingly so. The Repair man was coming the day after we left so hopefully that it all taken care of! One learning curve on our part was that we needed to provide all toilet paper and trash bags. Also, there was no dry goods leftover from previous tenants. So pack your salt, pepper, oil ext.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was super responsive and helpful. The community pool was wonderful. Great location and easy commute to the beach/boardwalk as advertised. Property was well stocked and I loved the artwork in every room. Would definitely stay again!

Bethany Breeze was a great place to stay. The house was very clean and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was just perfect for our family. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Thank you Rick for letting us stay at your house. It was a great stay.

The place was kept immaculately clean, very easy to find and access. Kids toys and beach chairs were available for use. I had done questions for Rick along the way and he always got back to me immediately, like within seconds. My kids and I had a great time - I couldn’t recommend the place highly enough.

We were really happy with our stay. Great location! Check in and check out process was very easy. The house is well equipped with tv entertainment and the kitchen appliances. We loved the foosball game also! We would book again if we are ever back in the area! Thank you!!

I booked a last minute getaway here with my family. Rick was kind and responsive. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with two coffee makers and even an air fryer. We have a two younger children and appreciated the sets children’s cups, plates, and utensils, as well as the safety lock on the knife drawer. This place has many thoughtful touches that make it an ideal and convenient place to stay. The location was excellent: a close drive to the beach and restaurants, and super quiet at night. We are in Bethany often and we will definitely look to stay here again.

This is our third year in a row staying in the townhouse. We were pleasantly surprised by the "sprucing up" from last year including new furniture. Great accomodations - Great size, perfect location and fully stocked.

Our accommodations were as expected. House was very nicely kept. Unfortunately only the Netflix worked so it limited our viewing. No cable.

House was clean, had everything we needed available. When we walked in it smelled clean/fresh. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Only wish was perhaps having a king bed in master bedroom.

We enjoyed our time at this condo! The digital lock wasn't working at first, but we called Rick and he told us how we could get in and then came and replaced the lock the next day. He was very helpful and quick to take care of the problem. :) The location was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Cute location, nice place. Only downside is no beach tag, so metered parking only at the beach itself, not a deal breaker, but worth noting. Clean place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfy beds. Would stay again!

Property was immaculate accommodations perfect and community excellent. Very accessible to area attractions. We will return as long as Rick will have us.

Nice, clean place!
This townhouse was perfect for our family. It had all the necessities, although we did need to go out and buy paper towels. Nice location and very clean! One word of caution, the mattress in the master bedroom was on the soft side for those with back issues.

Family Beach Vacation
Plenty of space for our family of four. Used the Sun room as an additional bedroom. Good location only a few minute drive to Bethany Beach. Owner easily accessible and responsive. Would definitely recommend for a family beach vacation.

Wonderful space for a family
Bethany Beach is a marvelous little town with plenty of things to do for a family of assorted age ranges. We were traveling as a couple, along with grandmother, and four children ranging in ages from 3 to 21. There was plenty of space in the townhome, including areas of privacy. Prior to the trip, the host went out of the way to provide me with information about the town and answer any questions I might have. Access is very easy through a keypad. Due to a delayed flight, we missed a night stay, but the host was willing to extend our stay by a day. I would definitely return since we were not there long and there are still plenty of things to do and see.

Beautiful and peaceful getaway
My family and I enjoyed our stay here . We were 2 minutes from Bethany beach and a quick drive to nearby Dewey and Rehoboth beaches . The house was very beautiful and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Everything was close were the house is located .

Clean and quiet
A cozy place, very quiet, short ride to the beach. Nice upgrades, such as USB ports and flat screen TVs in all rooms.

Super clean property
This home was very clean. It would be nice if it were equipped with a vacuum since it is carpeted. Maybe bring your own if you want to be able to clean up during your stay. One could ride bikes to the beach, but we decided not to because we didn't feel safe with our children riding on the busy road. The pool is pleasant but doesn't have a lifeguard. Overall, we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
