Komfortables Hotel, schöne Zimmer, die Lage war für unsere Zwecke gut.

Wir hatten das Zimmer bereits über Booking bezahlt und wurden beim Einchecken nochmal nach der Kreditkatrte gefragt. Dann wurde uns der Aufenthalt nochmal berechnet und auf mehrfache Anfragen und Versuche unser geld zurück zu bekommen wurde einfach nicht reagiert.

breakfast was good. Location was fantastic. Able to walk to the Cubs vs Brewers game. Room was quiet.

Crawly bugs in the bathroom. Also extremely over priced for a small room. When I booked, I was promised a very good room with a scenic view of the city. My room was small and the view was of the parking lot. Yuck.

As an older adult liked that the toilet was taller. Great location for the ballpark. Rooms were nice and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was bland and the coffee was too strong. Looked like an ice bucket liner was used to line the bathroom trash can and kept falling in on itself. If it’s not the right size, don’t bother using one.

Breakfast was not good they made eggs like hockey pucks.

The room was clean I loved the shower I loved the two tvs in the room as well. I liked how I had access to the hotel from different sides of the building. It was safe and parking was convenient. The staff was nice.

The breakfast isn't all that.

The room was vary clean, and the bathroom was huge for a hotel. The staff were friendly and polite. I would stay again. The complementary breakfast was a nice surprise, a lot of food.

The only thing that I would complain about is the light in the bathroom flickers, but that is the nature of LED bulbs and not a big problem.

Modern, clean and inviting. Checked in at 5:30pm, still had coffee brewing in the lobby. Free hot breakfast in the morning, regular sausage patties and chicken breakfast sausage as an option. Oat milk creamers and make your own waffles. Hotel is centrally located, can pretty much get anywhere in the city within 10 minutes, downtown, Fiserv Forum, Potawatomi and 2 minutes from American Family Field/ Miller Park. Thank you for the lovely stay, we really enjoyed our time here!

La recepción en la noche extremadamente grosera. Nos cerro la puerta de frente al ver que llegamos en el auto cerca del lobby. Pudimos entrar porque alguien salió y ella dijo “lo siento”
