Location is fabulous, left out the property and you’re at the beach, 5 mins to the harbour.

Communal area lighting wasn’t the best, a bit on the dingy side and in need of a repaint and more lighting.

Great location, close to the beach & town centre. Comfortable and clean, with an excellent shower.

On the whole the flat was very good but there was a couple of minor things that could improve it. The flat had all the basics of crockery and cutlery but I think if you had been cooking for a family you would have been a a bit short of bowls, pans etc. A shelf in the shower room would be useful for toiletries.

The standard in the flat was excellent, lots of thoughtful touches like lovely scented candles, soft warm throws, well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was excellent, large walk in shower and the whole flat was spotlessly clean. Great location 2 minutes from beach and from shops/ restaurants.

Not much! If I had to say room for improvement the velux blinds in the bedroom need replaced, difficult to open and shut and worn at sides so do stick. Otherwise we really liked the flat and would book again.

Bedrooms could really do with a unit or shelving to place things on and more hangers for clothes.

Beautiful spacious apartment, airy and bright with mod cons and quirky with it having an upstairs and downstairs. Super close to the beach and town centre. It will not disappoint!

Nowhere to pop your shower gel and shampoo when in the shower other than on the shower tray itself. Not that important really just easier & convenient.

The spacious apartment was in a great location 3 minutes from the beach. The apartment although over 2 floors had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large and well-equipped. There were also plenty of little touches during our stay that made a difference including the welcome wine and crisps. Although there's no on street parking and despite it being warm and sunny during our stay, I always found a parking space nearby. The flat is is a quiet street one by everything (beach, shops, restaurants, bars) you would need for a great stay.

Nothing apart from the parking but as I've said, a little bit of patience and it was sortable and didn't impact on our short stay.

The amount of stairs outside. Also the setees have seen better days. Extremely uncomfortable. A few of us have health issues and found this very disappointing

Great apartment in the centre of North Berwick and only a few steps from the beach. Spotlessly clean and beds were really comfortable. The flat has fabulous views of North Berwick Law. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break by the sea.

The flat was fantastic, in a superb location, right in the centre of the town and perfect for exploring the area. the flatwas well equipped and very clean.

My only small gripe is that the beds were not comfortable -our short break would have been perfect if the mattresses were better!

super location for all amenities etc. Spacious and comfortable with lovely views from upstairs.

Expected a hairdryer as it said there was one and couldn’t see one. No bags to put the laundry in.

Very comfortable and everything supplied, very central for pubs and restaurants lots of cafes. Would be great in Summer as lovely beach just round the corner.

Great location as it is only a street away from the beach and the Main Street with restaurants etc. Free parking round the corner and we were able to wait on the street to unpack our bags. The flat was clean and looked as it did in the photos. Easy to get the keys and let ourselves in.

The flat is on the 3rd floor so was a bit tricky with bags and small children. There is no lift. The flat was clean but basic, no frills. The front door to the block of flats is always open which was a little unnerving from a safety perspective but we didn’t actually see anyone else.

Comfy beds, excellent kitchen and dining area for this type of property. Brilliant powerful and hot shower after a hard days work.

The wooden floor could do with a sand and recoat. It's looking a bit tired.
