The staff was very helpful but there are far to many things to do at the check-in counter (explanations, paperwork, ID check, rules) . Despite the staff’s efforts, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my key. There were also 4 people waiting behind me, and only one member of staff to check them in. The desk was clearly understaffed. I also learned that the shorter you stay, the less you pay but since I had in advance I could not get a discount.

Very comfortable stay with affordable price!!

The place was clean and the front desk lady could speak English.

The price was a little high compared to previous capsule suits I've stayed at.
