We booked last minute and the phone number on the confirmation email was incorrect but when we got to the location to pick up the keys, they were available and super friendly which was great! Am very pleased with the service.

Loved how spacious the apartment was, the location is superb, awesome spa bath, fully gated outdoor area (prefect to contain kids), the pools, just about everything you could need to cook with in the kitchen, washer and dryer was super handy, meters away from the beach great place

*Kettle needs replacing or a GOOD scrub I tried to clean it but is still pretty nasty looking on the inside *Some guests complained about not having any WiFi options they would have even been happy to pay extra for WiFi *more bin bags would have been super appreciated *lots of dirty cutlery plates and bowels ETC *unfortunately the heated outdoor spa was out of order would have been nice to know this in advanced as it was cold weather when we stayed and was banking on taking the kids in there most days But still an overall fantastic stay amazing location

Large and spacious apartment. Nice pool.

Building works from early morning to late afternoon, very noisy and impossible to shut out. Outdoor spa under maintenance. Rat/Large mouse in property. Dishes and cutlery needed cleaning, received $50 “discount” to compensate.

The location of the unit was very good: only a two minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the town centre. The pool in the unit complex was literally a ten-second walk from the balcony. Great layout of the unit and very well styled with beachy/surfy decor. Comfortable beds and linen. Good pod coffee machine. Great air-conditioning and fans. Both the ensuite and main bathroom were quite big which easily accommodated our family of four. The spa in the ensuite was huge and quite comfortable. Great outdoor balcony area with huge table and comfy chairs and a BBQ. Only a 10 to 15 minute drive to most of the outdoor activities that Agnes Water offers.

The inside of the kettle was rusty so we didn't use it. It needs to be replaced. We had some little cockroaches we had to deal with when we first arrived. Aside from these small blemishes, the unit was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.
