The apartment is situated in a quiet area close to a sandy beach, many restaurants and bars nearby. There is no problem with parking spaces.

The apartment is spacious and has a big and comfortable bed. Nice garden in front of the building. All neccessary things available in the kitchen: dishes and cutlery, oven, stove, spacious fridge and big table. You can safely leave the car on the street in front of the house. 20 minutes from city centre and 20 minutes from marina by foot.

- When checking in you have to sign a paper written in Italian. The host told us this is a rent contract, but still we have no idea what is written there and we also didn't get the copy. I really didn't like it. Definetely it should be an English transaltion and a copy for the guests. - You are asked to do waste segregation, but it's bad organized. In apartment there is only one bin with one plastic bag inside. No bins outside, you just leave rubbish in front of the house on specified days. But while they collect organic waste quite often, glass, paper and plastic is collected only once a week, so you end up with lots of rubbish in the middle of the kitchen in bags you have to organize by yourself. - the unpleasant smell from the shower, like must or mold. Probably some issue with the pipe. We had too keep the window open the whole time.

10 minutes walking from the closest beach. They provide you sun umbrella and beach toys for kids.

All the furniture was old, there was no microwave, the TV was very small, the sofas were really uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin. They charge you for the towels and bed linen and we got really old and used ones that started to have bad smell from the first use. And also they don't change the towels, if you want this they will additionally charge you every time the towels will be changed. You can use the washing machine but it is very old and they don't provide any laundry detergent. There are no mosquito nets and there are a lot of mosquitoes so it's almost impossible to stay outside in the garden or to keep the doors or the windows open. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything, even when someone is climbing the stairs or is just walking around.
