Spacious and clean.

Central location in a quiet neighborhood but close to main roads with all kinds of shopping facilities

As a personal preference I would have preferred a harder mattress and a stronger WIFI that covers the whole flat.

Big spacious flat with all the basic amenities: shower/bathtub with plenty of hot water, fresh towels and bedsheets, whole place is very clean and tidy, kitchen if you want to cook for yourself, good wifi, clothes iron, airco in living room + bedroom if you wish, 15 min walk to central Nicosia, fairly quiet since it's a residential area and not downtown near the bars, coffee + bakery + groceries close by (no breakfast provided so take advantage of this). Julia lives downstairs if you need anything, this is also helpful for late arrivals. I booked it because of the high ratings and positive reviews here on booking.com, and was definitely not disappointed. Great communication, Julia was in contact with me directly after the booking and she answered the phone immediately when I rang, very much appreciated. Google Maps gives a slightly different location (this seems typical in Cyprus), but the house is right at the T-junction of E.P. Chatzipetrou and Mourouzi, maybe 50m from where Google Maps places it.

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Spacious, clean and has all required amenities. The location is just 20mins walk to the centre but nearby there are also some restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Highly recommended

Really cosy, clean and spacious apartment. Location is really good, not far away from the old city centre. There are many amenities in the apartment so you don’t have to buy anything. Host was really friendly and responsive.

Parking on the street was sometimes not available directly in front of the building. That of course is not a problem but we were wondering, wether the situation gets worse while staying there in the main season.

There was no showing around, we were just handed the keys.

The bed was really surprisingly super comfortable and the size of the flat was a plus.

The neighbors were slightly noisy, but aside from that everything was great 👍

Perfect location, a huge apartment, that was very much home away from home, very comfortable….was a shame I only needed to stay for 1 night….could have stayed longer quite happily.

The fruit for the breakfast seemed a little past it’s best…but Julia made fresh pancakes as I couldn’t eat some of the breakfast items (allergies) and they were delicious and definitely more than made up for it.

Fantastic spacious apartment with very good facilities, close to the City centre. Spotlessly clean. Bed was really comfortable and we slept well.

Everything was perfect

So clean plus there were even toys, a changing mat and baby bath for our daughter! It was very well equipped and we found everything we needed.

We were only staying 1 night...! ☹️
