Hele fijne, schone en ruime kamers. Erg vriendelijk personeel en eigenaar (Kadek) die je willen helpen met alles. Goed ontbijt. Rustig gelegen, maar met de scooter toch snel in het centrum van Ubud.

Wow!That was my first trip in Bali and everything was so smooth.So lucky I've choosen this place to stay.Feels like home in Lucky Family Cottage ,the owner is so nice.Mrs.Kadek!She's always trying her best to check and help her guests.This guesthouse has a common kitchen,free drinkable water,hot and cold.Free delicious Bfast with fruits.Love the banana pancake and egg omellete.It was very easy for me.You don't have to get up and find a bfast somewhere else.And a big room,toilet and bed with ac,balcony.Everything!There's a gym nearby which is I love cuz I do gym regularly.A few mins.to the main street but a so quiet place,You can have a very good place to sleep and relax here with pool as well.You can also walk through monkey forest,Yoga barn,and to the very busy street where you can see many different resto/restaurants and people like tourist.Kadek the owner and the staff was very nice.I didn't want to leave bali,I even extended my stay here for 2 nights.I would recommend this and definitely would be back here!

When I have to leave

as a solo traveller I found this property ideal. An oasis amid the frenetic activity of Ubud. Kadek is a wonderful host who really cares about your enjoyment and welfare. Also, loved the kitchen facilities.

This was an exceptional stay and it was a spontaneous booking after deciding to extend our trip and us needing somewhere to stay. From start to finish the stay was incredible. It was safe, clean and more than we expected. Breakfast was delivered to us on our porch and was tasty. The water pressure was good and hot. Incredibly cheap for what it is.

No negatives besides our doors wouldn’t fully close (but they did lock). Just remember it’s cash only.

Toilet had a huge mould patch on top of shower. Made all room smell despite using air conditioning. Poor lighting ( no bedside table lights)

Nice, cozy hotel, the room was all I needed for 2 nights, and the owner was very sweet. Also, the breakfast was great, the balcony (nice size!) was amazing.

It was a bit too far away from the main street, and the walk towards it was not a nice one either. Also, the rooms were fair but very basic, some amenities were missing, and it could have been cleaner.

Everything was great. Communication and check in was smoothly, although we were a bit complicated with the kids, they were really kind and flexible without any extra or hidden charges. Kadek, our host is very kind and helpful. The rooms are well equiped, clean and comfortable. The hotel and pool are also clean and they keep it clean the whole day. Location is hidden and quite, not so far from the central of Ubud. Great breakfast for a really good price if you need extra. If you need anything you cam always ask Kadek and she helps you, gives advices or can organize a lot if things. I can only recommend this place 10/10 for us.

I liked the attention of the owner and her family, always friendly, the flight was delayed and we arrived after the estimated time and she welcomed us very kind and understandable at 3am, explaining everything to us, the room was spacious as was the bed and the bathroom, with a small fridge, air conditioning and swimming pool. Breakfast is brought to you at the time you ask for it, they give you several options and they are very punctual. I thought the location was excellent, close to the center and around you can find good places to eat, change money, do a market. generally excellent service.

Very cosy place. Very comfortable and quiet. Very professional staff. All facilities are really top!

Parking motorbikes is not easy.

Great service. The owner is highly involved and ensures every guest has a fantastic stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Wifi was strong. Would stay again!

The staff were cooperative and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is run by family so there was a lack of professionalism in hospitality. I reached the hotel at 10 PM and the google location of the hotel doesn't take you to the hotel as it is located inside the main road, a small gully which can only allow 2 wheeler to go takes you to the hotel entrance. I had to walk down to locate the hotel the pathway to the hotel is not clean and uneven concrete road. So taking your luggage would not be convenient. There was no one at the reception at that time, I had to knock multiple times and I found a bell at reception. Breakfast had very little option and fixed quantity.

Beautifully maintained property, very kind staff, quiet location away from the Ubud traffic but short walk to main area.

I have bitten with bed bugs all over my body. The bed maybe is not clean :(

The room was impressively spacious for the price, and the breakfast was delightful. The host went above and beyond with her kindness and friendliness. We also appreciated the small yet clean swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. While the location may not be central, we found it enjoyable. If you're a gym enthusiast, you'll love that Massa's Fitness Center is just a short stroll away from the guest house. Additionally, there's a large supermarket not far away, as well as numerous cheap laundry facilities to choose from.

The bathroom door failed to close properly.

Great pool. The room and balcony great. Host support lovely. Breakfast fantastic and cleaned well. Very quiet.

A small thing, but floor towel past it’s use by date.

The owner is very kind, we just arrived at 11 pm, and Bu Desak show us the room and explain everything. Great room for family!

We spent 3 nights here, location is perfect loadssss of restaurants nearby & easy bike/taxi journey to all the Ubud attractions. Kadek & her family are so lovely and helpful, even had breakfast bought to our room every morning - defo recommend the banana pancakes. Thank you!!

Surkerti is a lovely woman and has an amazing family. She and her staff are enormously welcoming. As I liked it so much I extended my stay here. if you want a comfortable room with a nice shared pool and piece and quiet in the centre of Ubud, you need to come here, because these people deserve to have always a full house and nice guests. The breakfast is always very delicious.

The cottage offered a very serene environment away from the noisy streets. This time around I was terribly jetlagged but was so glad I could sleep when I chose to. Breakfast was delivered on time, freshly made and delicious. Enjoyed the banana pancakes. Kadek, the host, a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend this cottage and I will definitely come back.
