Wonderful villa -- this was our second stay. Ideal (for us) location, close to the hotel and the stables, terrific housekeeper who made a lovely breakfast in the mornings. Very relaxing.

The location of this villa is first class with a short walk to the Casa de Campo golf courses and main hotel. The street is dark and we checked in at night making finding the villa a little challenging. With a little help, we settled in and enjoyed our stay.
The villa has plenty of space and is very clean. Air-conditioning in each bedroom is excellent.
One of the great highlights was having Kenia, housekeeper, and chef, prepare breakfast each morning. Do not miss this excellent treat.
The property manager did everything she could to assist us with our stay. Having a golf cart available was very nice. But you will also need a car.
Another great benefit was flexibility over the Christmas holidays.
Overall a really delightful visit. Very hospitable and accommodating.

We're very familiar with Casa de Campo, and this villa checked all of the boxes for a family getaway. A very charming house, with a lovely screened-in living room that was perfect for us, whether for reading, playing board games, or dining. The villa owner was extremely responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Our group of 8 spent the week between Christmas and New Year here and enjoyed the spacious rooms, and easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s amenities. The golf cart made it easy to get to beach and Altos de Chavon. We also rented a car because we were doing other traveling and that made it easy to get supplies in town, etc.
We really enjoyed the meals prepared for us - delicious Dominican breakfast, Christmas eve feast and enough food for many other meals. A great week in a great place - family vacation perfection!
A special thanks to Cynthia, the owner/manager who was VERY helpful and responsive. She was a big part of making it a 5-star stay!

The accomodations were clean and comfortable. The yard beautiful and relaxing! The availablity of the cook was a GREAT part of the experience as her meals were delicous! The avilablity of the golf cart made getting around easy and only 3 minutes from the main resort where many events were held for the wedding. It was a wonderful memorable experience. The host was superb in dealing our requests. The resort takes their security very seriously, so if you have visitors, you need full names, passport numbers and possibly license plate numbers for access that has to be communicated by email. This is a good thing! Staying off the main hotel property was not an inconveneince at all. We'd definitely return for another vacation at Casa de Campo & work with Cynthia (villa owner)!

8 nights summer getaway - 2 families
This property was perfect for my Family & Friends Trip: 5 adults, 4 kids (ages 4,6,7,9).
We were highly satisfied with value we got from this property. Marisol and Diana, housecleaning and cook, did a good job during the week keeping the property clean and following our instructions for food preparation (If you hire Diana as cook, you have to try her Sancocho!). The location of the property is fantastic, 7-8 minute drive on the golf car to go the Playa Minitas Beach (Casa de Campo Beach with bar service, Swimming Pool, Food Trucks and Ice Cream Corner), 5-7 minute drive the Hotel Swimming Pool (wet bar and kids pool), 5-7 minute drive the Golf Driving Range. The house met all our expectations.
The communication with the owner was flawless. When we were at the airport waiting for our flight back to Miami, we realized our kids had forgotten their iPad at the villa. The property owner helped us to retrieve it in no time.
I will definitely stay again at this property and I will recommend it to friends and family.

We are a group of seven absolutely adored this home! It’s spacious and beautiful, and my whole family felt at home and very comfortable.

Casa de Campo
During a rainstorm, the roof leaked at least two rooms. There was no hot water in all showers except one. The golf cart that I rented of $50 a day went about 4-5 miles an hour. Housekeeper that came with the house didn’t make beds or clean bathrooms or do laundry. I think the owner tried hard but the experience was not great

Villa is large and accommodating, has a large backyard and a big Jacuzzi... we did enjoy every minute of our very long stay and are already making plans to come back to this villa for the holidays.I highly recommend it as a greatly priced and accommodating villa!

This is the villa that truly made us feel at home!
My 55+ group of 8 had a wonderful 5 day stay at this spacious villa! Plenty of seating available for everyone when we wanted to eat together, or just socialize, Indoor and outdoor was keep immaculate. Marisol (the housekeeper) was VERY pleasant and accommodating! Knowing a little Spanish will help!!
From the initial inquiry about this property, Sonia (the owner) was quick to respond! Had a few questions while there, and again, was able to reach her with no problem! And she addressed them all with no hesitation..
Thinking of staying here, think no more!

Great time!
Sonia was very accommodating to our four generation family vacation. We had a wonderful time. Great to have main floor sleeping for the octogenarians and the small pool for the youngest ones! This was also the quietest place we have ever stayed in the DR. Everyone enjoyed it. A special thanks to Marisol and Diana for providing breakfast and lunch.
We hired Julio to take us out on several adventures- Cuevas Maravillas, a beach trip to Bayahibe, and a baseball game in San Pedro de Marcoris. I would suggest this for anyone that can speak at least some Spanish.

A Caribbean Delight!
This is truly a wonderful place to stay. If you want a beautifully appointed home, with comfort and wonderful amenities, I recommend it highly. Updated bathrooms, plenty of bedrooms and a jacuzzi, we couldn't of asked for nicer place.

Relax and Enjoy
Nice property, secure and well appointed. My family enjoyed our stay and participated in the resort activities. Our house keeper was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. I would strongly consider this location on our next visit to the DR.

Wonderful Experience
This house is very confortable for small groups and families. The cheff prepared delicious meals for us and she kept the house very clean during our stay. We were relaxed and chilled out at the Jacuzzi of the yard, and had a great time making picnics and playing guitar on green area.
We had fun with the kids at the pool, witch is very close to the house and we had a great time at the Marine Beach, that is about 10 minutes (in golf vehicles) from the house. We also visited Altos de Chavon and saw the stadium, the shops and the clubs, witch is about 15 minutes from the house.
Finally, we slept like at home at the rooms, witch has very confortable beds and great air conditioners.

Great Host, Great Staff – Great Overall Experience!
Villa is beautiful and spacious, we definitely felt like we were not renting but at home. Host is very responsive and attentive to every request.

Excellent Stay
Villa is clean and well maintained, upstairs bathrooms are brand new, and much to my liking. Owner Sonia, was very responsive and attentive throughout our rental, a real pleasure to work with.
Villa is very close to the hotel, resort pool, golf courses, polo grounds, shooting range, and at ok distance to the beach. The included golf cart was a blessing, since it makes everything very accesible, otherwise a bit hard in such a big resort.
Marisol is great addition to the rental. She is a good cook and easy to work with.
Other than the fact that the kitchen is a bit outdated as owner stays on site, and that it rained for the entire time we were at Casa de Campo, this villa was and is perfect for us! We would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone, especially anyone with a large group.
It is a great asset, having the owner go beyond what is expected, kudos to her!

exceeded expectations
although we arrived early in the day 8:00 am and house was still being cleaned, the owners could not have been more hospitable. In terms of hospitality, sincerity, and warmth of character I would give them an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. they showed us around home, made sure we were comfortable, had some basic food supplies for us including juice, bread, fruit, cheese, etc. ( this is not the norm) Handed each of the four of us staying there individual soaps, shampoo and toothpaste. The golf cart was there as promised and when they were not satisfied how it drove tried to have it repaired for us. ( it was more than adequate) They even went so far as to find us on the beech when after having left Casa de Campo they were able to get us a second golf cart at a very reasonable rate. The only issue which might have been a blessing in disguise was the internet went down in home on our second day. they did their best to have it fixed but maybe some things are meant to be. Kids spent a little less time on line. Again 5 stars for our hosts

Wonderful large villa, great cook!
This is a wonderful villa, nice large garden full of coconut trees and an extra bonus of great cooking by Marisol. Rooms are nice and very quiet. The whole villa is very large so it is great for a family like ours, giving us plenty of room to not be one on top of the other as some friends experienced in other villas. The very private pool area across the street is ideal for a large family reunion or for for a couple to cross over and have some privacy after a long day at the beach with the family.

Great spacious home, nice staff, great golf - Wao!
We were exceptionally pleased with our stay at this Villa and we will definitely recommended to all of our friends. Marisol the housekeeper/cook was great, and she prepared for us breakfast, lunch and a great Paella, which we all enjoyed very much. The owner Sonia, arranged golf-course bookings for us ahead of our arrival, and was very diligent with all our requests and concerns, since this was our first time at Casa de Campo after coming to the island for over 5 years, but to an all inclusive resorts in Punta Cana. We found our experience very different from that of an all inclusive, and we will definitely chose this rout from now on…It is great to be pampered and in the whole of Casa de Campo, they are very good at it. We will love to come back to this Villa from now on for our golf and beach vacation….I forgot to mention the hotel spa, which my wife definitely loved.
I would recommend the villa to anyone as being of great value with a nice staff.
