El apartamento está totalmente reformado y cuenta con todas las comodidades, la cocina está completa, el baño muy bonito y nuevo. La cama fue muy cómoda, quizás las almohadas podrían mejorar, pero es a gusto personal. Por lo demás, todo muy correcto. En pleno centro histórico. Para aparcar, puedes hacerlo en la calle principal, andando a 3 min, ya que el apartamento está en una zona de calles muy estrechas y entramadas.

Le propriétaire a été raisonnable et a effectué un remboursement. Je vais modifier le commentaire suite à la réponse du propriétaire, j'ai pris des photos des couettes aves des tâches jaunes, il avait de la poussière partout et non dans les coins, même des fourmis avec la nourriture par terre!!!!! Les coussins pour appuyer la tête avec des grosses tâches jaunes et la douche remplie des moisissures et calcaire! Les chaussettes ont finis noirs d'avoir marché pieds nu! La porte était close car nous étions déjà parti, c'était un arrêt pour une longue distance de route, et on ne reviendrai plus jamais surtout dans CET appartement. De fois au lieu d'accuser les gens il faut mieux rembourser et s'améliorer. Le remboursement à été proposé par le propriétaire immédiatement après lui avoir fourni 30 photos des choses inadmissibles! C'est la première fois depuis des années que j'utilise booking que j'ai une expérience comme cela! DONC NON, je suis désolée, c'était pas mon but un remboursement, mon but était de nous reposer après 7 heures de route et en sachant que j'avais encore 7h le lendemain! Bon courage pour la suite! Vous allez avoir besoin!

Les explicacions per entrar a l'edifici, clau,... molt clares. Tot molt net, tal i com mostra les fotos. Molt actual, còmode, calefacció perfecte, amb tot el necessari per cuinar. Llençols, tovalloles, nòrdics... tot molt net. Molt tranquil, no se sent res. Hem pogut descansar molt bé. Molt cèntric, a 5 minuts de tot (catedral, ajuntament,...).

Faltava una cortina al menjador i entrava llum al matí. Quan entres a la ubicació des de l'app t'envia a un carreró del costat... però si mires l'adreça és correcta.

Excellent location, very close to historic centre of this beautiful city. Very good, prompt communication.

The only thing that let it down was a collection of dirty (stained, human hair) duvets and pillows shoved into and on top of wardrobe. It's a shame because otherwise good place. Also might be awkward for 4 people as toilet accessed through bedroom.

We were not allowed to open windows in 35 degree heat. The air conditioning was in the living room if one person went to bed the heat in the bedroom was intolerable.

it was very noisy late into the night and then again in the morning from the apartment next door, possibly also owned by the same person. Both apartments opened onto a courtyard and we were asked not to open those windows and be quiet, presumably the other occupants were also asked but did not comply. Also the toilet was in a corner of the kitchen area.

The apartment complex felt secure. Having access to kitchen facilities fully equipped was useful. Fans and air con unit helpful.

Bedroom smelled of cigarettes. Boiler and exposed pipes in bathroom was not posted on any pictures- contrary to the seemingly lovely refurbished bathroom in the other apartment. Obvious damp issue and concerns with cleanliness of kitchen facilities as not cleaned by hosts between visits- so could be unhygienic. Location was good and central but felt unsafe walking through surrounding streets as a female (would have been worse alone or without a male companion).

Good location for a one night stay. Great communications with Karine - prompt clear replies and keys were exactly where she said they would be. She accommodated our 9pm arrival. Good restaurants in the area close to the apartment.

There was a strong smell of cats' urine in the bathroom.

The smell of damp from the bathroom was very strong. The cleaning was minimal. The area where the apartment is situated.

Good location and price.

There were used towels left hanging in the bathroom after the previous guests and the bed linen didn't appear to have been changed either.The bathroom needs some maintenance.Access to the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The location was perfect. Very quiet area. Close to restaurants, shops and bars. The kitchen was very well equipped. Apartment was very modern. Overall very pleased with the stay!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. My only suggestion would be to change the bathroom mat as it can get damp and have a damp scent. However it didn't affect the stay in any way.

As our previous visit, the facilities were spot on. The apartment was spotlessly clean and warm on arrival. We also loved the adjustable sunlight to cool blue light in the sitting room, as well as the other funky lights in various locations. What can we say, we visited once and then went back again, great place!
