Fantastic Villa in Bellagio, with super service from Laura.

Laura, the hostess, is amazing! We missed a connecting flight due to flight delays and so we arrived much later than anticipated. Laura made sure that we had access with no wait and she reached out a number of times to make sure we had everything that we needed. The grounds were gorgeous and very well maintained. The views were spectacular and the accommodations were great! I highly recommend Villa Vitali!! The location is great, too!

Room with adjoining terrace very clean and comfortable. Pool area very clean and plenty of space. The mosquito protection system works well. All in all a classy villa. The host Laura was very helpful and accessible.

Some facility on site to purchase water or fruit drinks. Nearest supermarket is 10 minutes walk and it’s uphill on the way back. But a small grumble.

We loved the view and the outdoor sitting area that was private to us. The host was very helpful and accessible by phone if not in the office. The facilities were excellent and the whole property was well maintained. We loved the swimming pool.

Not much could be changed. The view was great because of the location. The downside was that, as a consequence, it is quite a climb up from Bellagio centre, which can't be helped.

The villa itself is gorgeous. Pool area, private jacuzzis for each apartment was pristine and private . Modern amenities , GREAT OWNERS - Laura attended to all our needs

Air conditioning in one bedroom did not consistently work . But each time we told owner someone came up to fix . It just didn’t consistently work. And the ice machine did not work

Firstly the owner of property (Laura) was an amazing person, very welcoming and kind. She met us personally and explained everything about the property. we had booked a fully furnished studio apartment for 3 nights, that comes with full kitchen appliances and dining area, a bed and a sofa bed, wardrobe, a shared swimming pool, shared laundry area and best of all was the private Jacuzzi next to the garden area. The place is amazing and a just a few minutes drive from lake Como. a great place for a get away whether you travel with partner or with kids.

The bed !! It was not very comfortable, the angled headboard and the mattress was quite thin for my liking.

Great location - we needed the hill to walk off all the delicious meals! Beautiful pool, terrace and useful laundry facilities.

No tea towels and mattress was not particularly comfortable. Otherwise perfect!

If you're thinking about booking here.. dont think, just book! Everything was perfect. The villa and facilities are stunning and Laura is such a kind, helpful host. The room was very clean and bed very comfy. Great views from the balcony. We cooked in the apartment a few evenings (after having enjoyed a few G&Ts in the surprise hot tub!) and there was everything you possibly needed in the kitchen. The bathroom was modern , clean and mini toiletries were provided. The room was cleaned, bed remade and fresh towels provided after a few days. We hope to return soon!!

No taxis available from ferry port, so a very long hike with 30kg suitcases up steep incline. Took us close to an hour to walk it, BOOK transport! It was around 7pm, so not crazy time to arrive!

Loved the privacy, the pool, cleanliness, just perfect for our family (our three kids are 18, 21, 24).

We are all very fit and athletic. The hill at the very end of the walk was still a killer in the heat. We made it work and even “counted our steps” and our kids made it a contest. two trips to town = 6k per day walk.

The apartment was perfect for a larger group. the garden, pool and private patio were exceptional. it was even better than the pictures!

if you’re with elderly parents, the walk up hill can be tough

Lovely pool, & a hot tub for each apartment. Comfortable rooms & good location in Bellagio. amazing views of lake, & well tended garden on property. Owner left fruit & snacks as welcome gift. Good communication.

-uphill walk from main part of Bellagio (so you get better views, but walk was somewhat difficult for kids/elderly in our group). Was about 10-15 minute walk to main promenade/ferry station. Downhill going in, uphill going back. -grocery about 10 minute walk, hard to lug groceries back for group of 8 on hot day -worked ok without rental car but may be better with one

The property was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly well maintained. We took so many pictures from our large, private veranda, as the view of the gardens and lake was spectacular. the pool was a wonderful addition too to cool off on a particularly hot day! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone. Laura was also very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything!
