Breakfast was great. We ate enough to Set us for the day. Everyone loved it. Food was fresh, cooked food was well seasoned and not salty.
It was all good. Nothing not to like.

Property was exactly as shown in the pictures, rooms were beautiful, immaculate and spacious. Staff catered for our needs, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
I have nothing negative to say.

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn die Victoria Falls auf der Reiseliste stehen.
Die Zimmer für drei Personen sind eng und dunkel. Wegen eines defektes der Warmwasserversorgung war es auch sehr laut. Nach einer Beschwerde haben wir dann eine Suite bekommen. Das war top.

The staff was great as other reviews stated. I appreciated the great communication as they were quick to respond via the Booking app. The beds were great and everything was very clean. It's about a 30min walk to the Falls from here.
The taxi/shuttle to and from the airport was a bit pricey as a single person as it was $30 one way, $12/person when sharing with 3 people. The wifi was a bit up and down as sometimes you'd have to reenter the password after it dropped.

Quiet, residential neighborhood not far from city center (cheap taxi trip). Great swimming pool. Very helpful and responsive staff, willing to answer all sorts of questions. Quiet. Delicious breakfast. Very comfy room, spacious. Huge bed with awesome mosquito netting. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great value.

The hotel grounds were inviting and peaceful. The staff was friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Not super close to the Falls (or anything) but the hotel provided transportation to and from the Falls (for a fee) which was nice and convenient. It didn't look like there were any hotels that close to the Falls, so this didn't seem to be out of the ordinary.
The hotel restaurant was the only place to eat. The food was good but not much of a variety. Downside to the restaurant is they don't accept credit card - it's cash only.

the room was very big and the breakfast was good
The airco did not work during 2 of the 3 nights.
The shower was either very hot or cold, it was difficult to wash the kids

The staff was exceptional. Always smiling and willing to help out. Food was great.
Wifi was intermittent and inconsistent hot water.

During our week's stay staff were working under difficult circumstances (major renovations & upgrades to some of the rooms/units.) Inspite of that they were as considerate as possible & kept us up to speed with potential noise & other renovation related issues. Rooms, gardens & surrounds are pretty & very well maintained. We experienced all the staff as being friendly, however Grace (reception) & Njamba (taking care of gardens) are people we will remember for many years to come. 🙂

The rooms are very spaceous and very clean. All the facilities were spot on. Aircon in all rooms.

Nice place to stay at. We were 3 and they had a triple room which best suited our needs. Their swimming pool is to die for. We enjoyed it a lot. The restaurant staff was very kind and accommodating. Very quiet and beautiful gardens.
The lodge is a reasonable distance from the city center where most activities are. It's suitable if you drive. It also works out fine with taxis/cabs though that will add to your expenses.
