Very nice place, big house well maintained on the sea front. Definitely recommend it for big groups. Garden large enough to play.

Outdoor equipment might need a refresh and would be good to throw away the old sunbeds rather than hiding them in the backyard.

There were some things worth mentioning, the house is nice (but a bit aged), nice pool, and most of all a very engaged person taking care of the shortcomings (Katerina, thx again). There was a refund for some things that were not working properly, as well as an extra cleaning when we arrived as it was not appropriate before.

This is not complaining but just a reminder for the owners to invest a bit into the amenities of his house - Gas stove only partially working - e stove very old and much to slow to even boil water for 12 peoples pasta - mould in all bathrooms - sitting pillows stained etc - Miele coffee machine not working - milk heater broken - mosquito netting wrotten - overall a place that needs more attention, because actually it is a beautiful place - but to keep it that way it needs more care and money

the location was great overlooking the sea and villa was fantastic had a brilliant family holiday

The pool is fantastic and the villas location to the sea is great. There was more than enough space for all ten of us to swill about.

The beds were a little hard and some of the fixtures and fittings require a bit of an update.

- Villa needs updating as its abit tired and lacks finishing touches such as outdoor furniture and paintwork - lack of mirrors .. none at all in any bedroom. Along with lack of pillows for such big beds - could do with bigger fridge as not big enough for so many guests

The host was incredibly accommodating, quick to reply and helpful. The villa itself was beautiful and we all loved a beautiful pool and view of the sunset from it. The house had a great size garden which was perfect to play badminton and other games. House had everything we needed, inc surplus of towels. Perfect place to spend family holiday!
