Breakfast is served whenever you want.You can have it Al Fresco or in your room.Very good varieety,specially the excelent home smoked bacon and ham.Unlike other hotels there are no timings for breakfast.

Everything was great.Tho the chirping of the birds very early in the morningis a plesaant irritant.

This is a beautifully designed stylish hotel, with great touches like antique local furniture. The suites (and they were suites) were large and comfortable. It felt like an exclusive boutique isolated resort nestled in the jungle. The pool was spotless. A wide array of activities was available, like ping-pong, board games and so on. The food and service were outstanding. The breakfast selection was large and tasty. We occasionally dined at the hotel as well and were never disappointed. Our non expert survey of other local resorts confirmed that this was the best. The internationally branded hotels are in another part of Goa.

Although the architectural design was great, the U shaped layout of the buildings produced an acoustic canyon effect. It was too easy to hear other residents. On our first full evening, the senior owner decided to start Karaoke night with his buddies at 11:00 PM. My sleep-deprived alter ego came out in force. The wife and son profusely apologized the following morning. This part of the Goan beach can attract techno music tourists, so a little distance to the beach was good. Sometimes, the beat could be heard from a huge distance. The road to the beach was a dirt road which is not unusual, but required some precaution at night. A conversation with the junior owner indicated how attentive they were in efforts of continuous improvement. Don't be surprised to find shoddily installed sockets, that still function fine. Some roof tiles were broken, which could be regarded as a rustic touch or poor maintenance. In general, the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Location is really good, close to Morjim and La Plage. The pool is also really nice

The rooms are a bit shabby, there are shower curtains instead of regular curtains. Not well kept.
