The pool, large living space, pet-friendly, location. Oh and the Iguanas.

Couch was unbearably uncomfortable especially if you have back problems in the slightest, we ended up sitting on the floor. Mattresses were excessively hard. Cooker was weak and overall kitchen facilities and provided items were subpar. Main bathroom floods when using shower. Lighting was insufficient. The central point of the yard area has a cluster of coconut palm trees, which is unusable in our opinion, due to frequently dropped coconuts. The yard also has old crushed beer cans and cigarette butts throughout it. The priority of this facility is the routine maintenance of the property rather than the guests experience, we couldn’t even get an extra 30 mins on checkout to help with our connections. We were unable to use the swimming pool and yard area as the gardener showed up early on our last day making it uncomfortable for us and our time was cut short from the cleaners showing up and pushing for access before checkout time. Overall super disappointing, and it’s clear there are numerous other properties in the area far nicer and with far better support from your host than this one.

The whole setup is great. Loved the private pool and yard. Location in town is close to all amenities. The staff is very helpful.

pool and yard was incredible, shade, sun, landscape awesome, great layout of house, bedrooms great, views of pool, easy to find, close to town, shops, key box right outside! fountains a great feature. Regis owner was on top of requests!

kitchen in rough shape, gaps between tile and sink, cabinets and counter should be replaced, cutting board needs to be replaced, could not light gas stove. not enough hot water to fill more than two inches of jetted tub, take short showers, air conditioners to noisy to keep on at night

The pool and yard are fantastic! Lots of trees and shade. The lounge chairs are comfortable and the pool temperature perfect. The property felt very private and safe. We spent most our time outdoors. Our dogs loved the huge yard and doggie pool/fountain. We didn’t even make it to the beach! Surprisingly little street noise in the front bedroom. Cool, quiet and dark, it was great for sleeping late, and we had a masseuse come to the house. It felt like a spa, especially with the jacuzzi tub. The owner offered to let us check in early, which I appreciated. He was easy to communicate with. I’ve stayed at quite a few vacation homes in La Cruz and this was by far my favorite!

It was just missing a few housekeeping essentials like garbage bags, kitchen towels, placemats and table cloth.

Beautiful grounds (pool was lovely) and great location--not too far away, but far enough. Property manager and host were super responsive. Dog and cat loved outdoors.

Some items were a little dated to include bathroom fixtures and stove; main bathroom had an awful sewage smell. The carport was a nightmare to lock--it required too much maneuvering. Thank God it was 2 of us otherwise working the locking system (one of us backed car out and the other had to lock from inside then go out the front door!) would have been impossible. Also additional outlets needed in bedrooms and AC needed in living/dining room.

The pool and grounds are awesome. The owner’s attention is unmatched. The charcoal grill was a welcome surprise. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient. Close to everything!
