It was a great new apartment with everything you can expect from a house. It has a great balcony. There was even a coffee machine and host was very kind to leave some coffee and tea for us. It really feels like home. Everything was clean and practical.

We were completely lost when we're trying to get out from the underground garage for the first time, its not a negative thing for the house but the building itself

Cosy and clean apartment. The host explained me with fully details on how to reach my apartment. The flat is close to tram station(12 minutes walking) which goes to city center. I personally used uber/bolt which costs around 4 euros to go to center. Lastly, there is a free parking!

There was a weird sound from the kitchen side but it wasn't something extreme...

The apartement is equipped with everything you need. We also had coffee and tea. You have private parking in the underground. The location is very good, close to the tramway.

Metal train bridge is just 100 m from your window. So you could easily be awaken during the night or frigtened any moment of a day when trains run there. It's quite noisy. We were given no instruction how to get to apartments from the underground parking and doors in this parking don't have any signs so if you chose wrong door (and we of course did) you will be locked not in your building. And you can't get to parking from there ) because your key is not applicable, so you need to go out of the building and find your one.

The apartment is modern, sufficiently equipped, and with a pleasant view from the balcony. The private covered and protected parking space was cool too, and the location is just minutes from downtown, plus a short walk to the tram.

The biggest issue was to navigate the system of access codes and entrances throughout the apartment complex. The information sent was quite comprehensive and detailed, but we didn't figure out how to get past the first barrier (neither on the way there nor on the way back). Fortunately, there were always neighbors nearby, so we didn't have to call the administrator. We also got quite lost on the way out of the garage, as even here we didn't figure out how to get inside it, or if it was possible to get in without the keys, which we left in the mailbox next to the door when we left (again, a neighbor helped). We wasted a bit of time, but rather laughed about it, and will be smarter next time. The other minor downside was that the apartment was quite warm, and the heating controls or open window didn't help much. But that's just a minor thing.

New building of class A on a river bank. Parking lot in an underground parking is available. Public transport is 3 mins away. The balcony is really big, a nice place to relax. And you can get there from living room and from bedroom also. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped.

According to the description provided on Booking, it wasn't clear that the apartment is so wonderful :)
