The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with many windows to provide good cross-ventilation and light. The balcony was a great place to sit, and to dry towels and beach clothes. The shower was luxurious. The bed was comfortable, and there were lights and side tables on both sides of the bed. The pool was clean and there was an adequate amount of chairs around the pool. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. Location was central to everything.

This place was pretty perfect, but it is located next door to a nightclub that plays good, but often very loud, music every night until 11 pm. For the apartment we stayed in (directly in back of the club) the music made it difficult to watch TV or have conversation. It was always really good music, so we just decided to go to the club and enjoy it. Which we did, immensely. It would be helpful if the club actually stopped at 11 pm (instead of several encores after) and if they would fabricate some sound barriers out the back of their doors. I would say just fine for a week, but a month in our specific apartment might be too much for some folks.

Everything about our stay was lovely! The host/owner was especially helpful, she made sure everything was easy and even helped with things like laundry service and getting a cab. Really amazing service! The room was also great, strong enough wifi for me to work, nice AC, and everything you need to cook if you wanted to! It's also plenty close to the beach! Overall, I'd definitely return and recommend it!

We were very happy with the location, the size, cleanliness, amenities and the welcome we got from Rayna when we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable. AC and fans great for keeping the temperature just right. Very happy with the shower - hot water and very good water pressure. We loved the roof terrace and used it for sundowners and breakfast. The complementary packets of coffee on check-in were a lovely thought, as were the use of a beach bag with beach towels. The apartment is a gentle stroll from the beach, with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants nearby. We stayed for 2 nights and it was the perfect place to stay on our first proper visit to Mexico and acclimatise. We took advantage of the airport transport offered by Rayna - a minibus for 4 people plus plenty of bags from Cancun airport to the accommodation was USD40. Rayna the host was a delight, taking time to tell us the best places to go, and to introduce us to the owner of the Lighthouse Tours company, Israel, so we could organise the best prices for excursions with him. We also borrowed an English novel from the small library of books in the office. We didn't use the pool as the weather wasn't hot enough, but the pool area was clean and inviting. A great little spot to cool off and chill out.

Wifi goes in and out. Best to face the pool. Hot water runs out if you are not careful.

Decent studios in a good location close to vegetable&juice shop (also good grilled chicken takeaway), comfortable bed, small but clean pool, helpful concierge.

furnishing is rather basic, chairs not very comfortable, only plastic cups. Fans and in particular the fridge rather noisy, which does not help getting sleep at night since there is the bedroom only has a limited separation from the kitchen/living. The TV we could not get to work. Restaurant adjacent tends to have loud music (but this stops at 2200-2300h) and the dogs of the neighbors indeed can keep up barking at night for an amazing period -yet these are the cost of the central location.

Perfect location and very nice apartment. It was nice to have a small kitchen with some basic equipment. We liked our stay here a lot!

Finding the location to pick up the keys was a bit difficult. The location on Google Maps is not correct, it’s a bit less far in the same street (and not clear on the outside of the building).

Roomy , inexpensive, quiet

The location is excellent—just a short walk away from the town center, two blocks from the beach, and diagonal to an excellent cafe (delicious coffee and food, lovely outdoor seating and kind staff).
