No hot water no electricity.owner was Very rude . Directions not clear. No water or juice in the room as stated. I would not recommend going. ☹️

Nothing, the property wasn’t where it was supposed to be.

That this place is a scam, the address given and the picture provided are not of the same location. It was a pub who had no knowledge of this accommodation. I had to book an Airbnb because I never found these supposed rooms.

clean and in excellent location

no cups or milk to go with tea and coffee in room just a kettle. no heat in bathroom/shower and no hot water just cold as couldn’t get any hot water to come through. no plug in sink either.

Flexible communication, perfect location. Sufficient for 1 night.

The bathroom was shared which wasn´t 100% apparent from the room description.

We traed to get our money back and it wasn't posible, even if we ask with 10 days in advance.

I could not get in as the light on the landing was out and could not see the code on the door so had to go to another hotel for the night more expensive

The worst room I stayed in. Poor maintanance, broken wc-chair, mouldy bathroom, noisy rooms with no wifi and unclean carpets. It gave an unsafe and dirty feeling.

The sheet and pillows smell bad like some one's feet. No black coffee is provided only the instant type with sugar and whitener blended in.

It was my most expensive stay in Scotland and also the worst. It was just dirty. The trash bin in my room was full when I arrived (I informed the owner that I put the bag outside my room, he cleaned it up the same evening). I didn't dare to use a cup and spoon from the tea set - the spoon was sticky, the cup didn't look clean either. The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and it wasn't cleaned for my whole stay (I spent there 3 nights, and it was shared bathroom).

Only green tea , the only coffee was a sachet including creamer and sugar, bedding and articles from previous occupants left in wardrobe, no lampshade on main light in the room, no plug in shared bathroom sink, only one bathroom for a maximum of 8 people in 4 rooms

Wasn’t told we had to enter property at the back. Codes we had originally been given to enter property were wrong and we had to phone to get entry to property. Very disappointed with room. It was so old fashioned even my granny would have found it so. Look like a hole had been taken out of wall and painted over. Something had been on wall without any attempt to fill holes in or cover them up. Bare lightbulb, no shade. Built in wardrobe had stuff on the floor of it and the shelf. Bedding mis matched. Rug didn’t look very clean. Tea/coffee supplied but no milk. Toilet seat was loose. Floor in bathroom was dirty in the corners. Windows in bedroom were so filthy you could barely see out of them. A rating of 1 was being generous. There wasn’t an option to do 0.
