Esta lujosa casa de 4 dormitorios está situada en más de 1 acre de propiedad ajardinada del desierto en NE Scottsdale. Rodeado de casas multimillonarias. ¡Ideal para familias o adultos que buscan escapar del ruido! La casa tiene aproximadamente 3100 pies cuadrados y está muy bien cuidada por orgullo de propiedad. La casa ofrece 3 habitaciones en el nivel principal, además de un maestro privado encantador, con amplio baño privado y balcón privado con vistas a la piscina y los jardines. La piscina y el pozo de fuego son totalmente privados al mirar hacia el paisaje desértico. ¡El área de parrilla de barbacoa al aire libre da a la piscina con agua para mantenerlo fresco en los días calurosos! Traveling for medical appointments at Mayo Clinic. Home was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was very clean. There were excellent notes available to help answer questions that guests might have. The upstairs bedroom and bath were very spacious and the kitchen was well laid out. The neighborhood was quiet for being so close to the main road. Definitely would like to stay here another time. M. Wheeler

Spacious, comfortable home in a great location on a dead end street. Two couples, so we had plenty of room, we were able to spread out and have our own space when desired. This would be great for families too as the bedrooms are set up so well. Definitely would go back!

Beautiful house in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood. Check in process was easy. Host Andrew was incredibly communicative and helpful. Surrounding area is close to shops while still being relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property for a family or group. House is very nice, comfortable and very complete. Very nice kitchen and prep areas, simply could not ask for more. The back yard and pool area were perfect for us and very private, quiet and secluded. The host Andrew was on top of everything and responded promptly when we had any question. We would book this property again and highly recommend it.

I would first like to thank the Hasmans for allowing my family and me to stay at your beautiful home. This was our first trip to Arizona and I must say that I felt right at home. The house had everything we could ever need or want. It was very spacious and each person had a comfortable room. My young son especially enjoyed the pool for several days. Thank you again!

This is my first time doing a Vrbo. Always was too scared of what would be different from pictures versus reality. This home is absolutely beautiful. Communication with the host was so easy and he got back to us so quickly. Will definitely go back but also would highly recommend property to anybody looking for, a luxury getaway with all the amenities needed in the heat. Thank you for the great holiday for my 40th!!

We came back to Scottsdale on our annual girls vacation . House was well appointed, pool was amazing was full sun from ..sun up to sundown , plenty of space and places to go in the house . Great quiet safe area … great for walking .. not a lot of traffic . 2 refrigerators, plenty of cook ware and best of all the master closet had a ton of hangers . You won’t be disappointed

Extended family meeting for niece graduation! They live in nearby neighborhood so our spot was great for the occasion. We did cook a few times and the kitchen was well stocked! High school and college cousins were able to hang out together with the grown ups comfortable as well! Super cool neighborhood and the property was great!

The house was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Tempe during ASU grad week. The house is well appointed, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. I highly recommend this property! Beautiful three car garage, BBQ , fans in every room and lovely pool and outdoor fireplace (just bring fire logs.) It is located close to Talisen West- if you like Frank Lloyd Wright and history- a nice museum to visit.

Great time for 5 women and 1 toddler… the pool door had a high door lock which makes for a safe situation for the toddler. Plenty of room for all of us! We enjoyed the pool area immensely! Great trip!

Well maintained and furnished house to the east of Scottsdale mainstream. Great access to the golf we cared about and all the action, in scottsdale or in the beautiful surrounding mountains and parks you might want without being in the middle of it. Great relaxation in the house and outside with pool and pretty surroundings. Great stay!

We traveled to Scottsdale for my mother-in-law’s memorial service. We were at the house with close family members over the course of a long weekend. It is a lovely house and exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family to spend time there together.

We were looking for a quiet getaway with the family for the holidays and this provided just that. Expansive house with great indoor/outdoor gathering space and separated bedrooms for kids and folks of different schedules. The pool is great and perfect for kids.
Location was great too-close (1 mile) to grocery store, restaurants within 10 min. drive and a good sampling of hiking trails within a few miles.

Living room and kitchen are huge! Kitchen has most everything you would need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property with family members, celebrating a special birthday for my wife. This elaborate home was perfect for our 4 day stay, and we enjoyed the pool and numerous activities in the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. There were a few things that happened, but Andrew was responsive and we felt good about how things were handled. The biggest one was the trash had not been picked up the week before, but we made do. You need to be flexible in any situation and just enjoy your stay. The pool was great and we really enjoyed being together as a family.

My parents had 11 girls and 2 boys. Outside of the Family Reunion, us Sisters have vowed to get together each year at different locations to fellowship to honor our parents who are no longer with us.
Our stay here in Scottsdale, AZ (9/15 to 9/18) was absolutely Blessed. We are grateful to Mr. Hasman for allowing us to stay at his Beautiful Home. When we all get together again in AZ, we hope it can be at this beautiful place. Our trip and time together was wonderful.

It was amazing. The property was very well kept and the pictures did the property justice. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. A family friendly atmosphere.

The setting is gorgeous, but this house was a bust unfortunately. Coming at the end of July/early August we intentionally booked a place with a pool. There was A LOT of debris on the bottom and the water looked murky, the vacuum system obviously wasn't working and despite multiple texts and calls with the owner, he never sent anyone out. Upon arrival we found a dirty, deflated raft in the pool, fine that's easy enough to remove. Next morning there was a dead mouse in the pool. The following morning a dead frog. The owner will likely gaslight me in his response and tell me dead animals in the pool are normal, but I beg to differ. We never did get to enjoy it.
The interior of the home has definitely seen better days - a case of the pictures looking about 10x better than reality. Everything seems to be in some state of disrepair. One of the bathrooms was crawling with ants. Owner told us there was Raid under the kitchen sink. There was not.
The kitchen was well stocked, I'll give them that.
