The place it s old, and have to much rules, even cleaning police they charge you for cleaning fee but expect you to clean everything for them. It s just not the worth to pay this kind of money for this place

Great Location!! We got asked about it several times while on the river. Very clean, all the amenities you’d need, and was even available to us earlier than expected which was a huge benefit to our arrival day. It was our 2nd annual guy trip with my brother in law and nephews, and it’s the location we will return to each year now.

This is our second visit to this unit! We love the location! The cleanliness - the view- the beginning right in the Comal! These 65 yr old “girls” love our New Braunfels float trips!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. It did lack a large frying pan to cook breakfast. When I called the office, they sent someone out to us within an hour with a brand new frying pan. We were thankful. When we first got there, we could not get the TV to work. We finally figured it out. Before that, I called the office and maintenance. Both were responsive. The one thing about this particular unit that was very frustrating was the noise the icemaker made. At times it made a VERY LOUD KNOCKING noise. At night it was particularly frustrating since I slept on the couch several nights because I snore. I guess you could say it prevented me from snoring ... lol. I told the office, but no one ever came by to check it out. They did say it is a new refrigerator. But it definitely needs to be checked. Also, the knob on the front bedroom door is about to fall off. It needs more seating in the living area. We were 4 adults and 1 child, and one couch and one comfy chair wasn't enough. I didn't enjoy having to sit in a table chair to watch TV. Other than that our stay was great! I would definitely return.

Looks Great But..
The grounds, location where perfect. The unit looked very clean and nice. However, there was not one comfortable chair to sit on. The couch was lumpy and uncomfortable. When folded out to sleep on the foot part of mattress drops down as if it not long enough. The beds are hard as a rock. Not all pillows have pillow cases for the beds. The washer/dryer is the smallest I have ever seen. For a family of 6 it only washed 1/2 of our days wet clothes at a time.

We've stayed before, we have 2 adults. 4 children and a toddler. 2 parking spots provided, only 1 covered. Location is great, view of the river is amazing, on the Comal River 40 mins ride to the end, one easy tube chute. 15 min walk back from river exit. 15 min walk to the start of river, 2 fast tube chutes. We take own own tubes. Here you are able to get off at this place to eat then continue the river again. 2 bedrooms/2bath and a pullout sofa. 3 cable TVs. This place could be so much better, just needs some TLC. Fridge and master sink leaking water. Master bath sliding doors broken, practically falling off and shower drain is clogged. Bedsheets ripped. You have to take EVERYTHING with you for this vacation. We had to buy from the HEB down the road. The BBQ doesn't have utensils, only 1 dishwasher pod provided, only 2 trash bags provided, 1 small hotel soap in shower, no dish soap, no icemaker(it leaks). We stayed 3 days. We did love the new keyless entry. Hot water works great. Washer and dryer is convenient. Towels provided for baths. No plastic wear, only glass so take your own or buy paper.

We had a great time staying here. The 2 condos were convenient to the water and each other. The grassy yard was very relaxing. The office was easy and friendly to work with. We will go again!

Grounds and location was very nice and convenient, but sidewalks and walkways were full of leaves and needed blowing off. Hard to keep inside clean when you walked though a wave of leaves.

cons - not very well stocked, no dvd player (brought bridesmaids movies to watch) no blender base (brought margarita mix) booked on river so could relax on tubes (no access or place to tie up outside condo) no “extras” such as tape to hang banner checkin not until 4:00 (went to schliterbahn so didn’t want to stop, leave and check in so didn’t get to unit after grocery etc until almost 9pm)
