Furniture in lounge a bit tatty . Needs a refresh

The Bay is a lovely and a safe site to stay on. There is a lovely walk to Filey along the beach. The property we stayed in was nice but needed a little tlc. The supplies of milk, coffee and tea was a nice gesture. On site pub is nice.

The on-site pub doesn’t offer any veg with any meal and chips are with every meal. It is a lovely pub though. I could have eaten in there every night but not on there menu. The on-site parking is a joke. I couldn’t park anywhere near the property at times. There are people that park on 2 spaces. The spaces need to be painted out as people don’t care! The property needed a little tlc. The bbq you couldn’t use as it was rusty. There was no frying pan. The cleanliness of the place wasn’t good. Hair in the bath. The skirting boards covered in dust. The double bed is very creaky! The hairdryer needs replacing.
