The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location in the Centre of Prato. excellent choice of bars/restaurants very close. both train stations are extremely close. The host was very pleasant, welcoming and very accommodating with times/dates etc… I would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone wanting a more personal experience than a hotel. You can cook with the facilities offered and it’s an amazing place to base yourself to travel and explore other cities. Lucca, Pistoia, Firenze, Bologna (just to name a few) are easily accessible and well worth exploring. Many thanks Tom for the kind hospitality. Best wishes

Tommaso was the best possible guest (very helpful, nice and with prompt replay to EVERYTHING we requested). The location is perfect (in center, close to restaurants & food stores, close to the train station - for those who want to visit surroundings). The apartment is big (we were a family of 3 pers.) and luminous, a perfect place even for a long stay.

The apartment is very spacious, modern and had everything I needed for a month’s stay. The location is just perfect — right in the heart of Prato and surrounded by great cafes, bars and restaurants. Tommaso was easy to contact and super attentive throughout my stay 😊 I would return in a blink!
