Fantastic apartment in a very central location. Gorgeous coastal walks very close by. Bars, supermarket and lovely restaurants. Cabo Roig beach a walk away. The apartment itself was spotless and the kids loved the pool.

Nice apartment, one of the cleanest and more equipped we have ever been, located near playa de la glea which is one of the nicest in the area, restaurants and supermarkets, parking spot is also a plus, even if your car is large is a little tricky to get in

Check out time is extremely early for Spanish standards, since it was at 10, and actually we have to had everything ready at 9 45. Most apartments in Spain would allow check out at 12. Also the person giving and collecting the keys was really nice but did not speak English or Spanish, which could create some communication issues in check in and checkout. A deposit of 250 euros was required on booking time, which is also really strange for Spain where deposit is required on arrival, Because of it We even thought that it was a scam (which unfortunately are common now on apartments in Spain in Airbnb or booking) and it scared us, also not having the mandatory tourism registration number in Valencia region, made us a little suspicious, luckily in the end our worries were not justified, however I would suggest the owner to request the tourism registration number and require the deposit on arrival. With it and a later check out the apartment would be perfect.
