Locația este decenta pentru prețul pe care îl cere. Este situata destul de departe de centrul orașului, dar foarte aproape(500m) de statia de tramvai. Oferă parcare gratuită pentru mașini. Am avut închiriate 3 camere. Acestea sunt spațioase, mobilierul este decent și curățenia este acceptabilă. Am primit prosoape noi(aveau încă eticheta pe ele). Baia este spațioasă, dotată corespunzător. Paturile sunt confortabile. Pentru o noapte de cazare pentru cine este in tranzit aceasta locație este ok.

Dim cele 3 camere închiriate, una avea o problema cu încuietoarea, nu mergea deloc încuiată (noaptea a trebuit blocată clanța pe interior cu un scaun). Intr o alta camera, tăblia patului era zgâriată(defect doar estetic). Curățenia era făcută, dar nu foarte serios, probabil camerele in care am stat noi nu au fost aspirate. Baia era perfect funcțională, dar existau mici inconveniente precum capacul toaletei care se mișca când te așezai pe el, bateria chiuvetei nu era prinsă corespunzător și riscai sa ramai cu ea in mana, in cabina de dus suportul pentru para de dus era rupt. Un alt lucru pe care l-am sesizat a fost referitor la lenjerii. Pătura mai groasa avea un miros specific hainelor care au stat depozitate mult timp.

Nu merge caldura, in camera dubla doar o pilota de o persoana, aspect neingrijit pe hol si in camera. In restaurant este tot mirosul din bucatarie.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was too hot in the room.

i don't even know where to start... very unappealing exterior when i first arrived (late in the evening). managed to check in via a phone call with someone who gave me a code to a lock-box which contained my room key. when i found my way to the room it was just disgusting. dirty carpet, dirty/stained bed covers, stained bed-sheets and a really nasty dirty mattress. mosquito blood smears all over the walls!!! i booked this hotel for 4 nights but just after being there for 5 minutes i realized the mistake i made and knew i couldn't spend more than one night there. i went the freshen up with a shower and i don't know if these people know that mold is and issue or what, but the shower heads (yeah, more than one) had a nasty moldy buildup on them. anyways... just wrangle through. just one night. that's it. had a hard time falling asleep just thinking if there's bed bugs that will make a feast out of me during the night. it was so terrible that the next day i just decided to leave and since there was no one to tend the front desk at my time of departure, i just left it as is. dropped my key in the "check out box" and left without looking back.

Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no one at the reception and we had to ask the staff to accommodate us. The other day the staff didn't know we had breakfast included and we had to show the offer to get breakfast. The restaurant's kitchen shut down too early and we were left without dinner. I would not recommend the hotel.

Behaviour of personal towards clients was awful.. only the maid was smiled and positive. When i go on reception girl there was watch me like im coming from mars. I was polite and smiled but she was extremely unkind.. that made me leave the hotel fast.

Very dirty room , the towels were torn and given to us moist.We had to leave them to dry. The blanket we were given was for 1 person even though the room was a double and had a king size bed.The staff refused to give as an extra blanket, one of us had to use the coverlet to keep warm .Yeah.....the room was also cold , there was no heating.They didn't serve breakfast , althought it was mentioned that it was free when we made the reservations.

The staff was very polite and helpful.

The room in general needs a renewal. some black decor pillows had some horrible semen stains on them probably. water presure and faucet size in the bath sink are a bad joke. shower silicone margins are brown and disgusting.

Great breakfast. You can choose between there options and all of them are delicious. Easy checkin, easy checkout.

Outside could be cleaner. Windows could be washed sometimes. Shower cabin needs renovation.
