Close to the bus station which was a bonus. Also pretty close to town. Breakfast was supplied and had out on the balcony in the lovely morning sun. They allowed us to keep our bags there after checking out which was helpful as we had the day to sightsee before getting the night bus

Nice and helpful staff

The sheets were dirty and the pillows had stains on them (not acceptable). Furthermore, breakfast was not good. With its disgusting sugary yoghurt and dry piece of bread it must have been one of worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a booking. The strange thing was that the breakfast lady knocked on our door to let us know that breakfast was ready. She actually woke us up by doing this. If you advertise, “breakfast is between 8 and 10”, don’t go and wake up guests at 8.15 as if it’s a daycare or something. When we arrived we were told that we could not pay with card. This meant we had to go to the atm the next day and pay the atm service fee of 8000 peso on top of the price of our booking. Not very good service I would say. For the same money we could’ve gotten a much much better place to stay.

excellent location close to the bus terminal the staff is super nice and helpful. breakfast is a fruit juice a piece of bread with ham and cheese a yogurt and tea or coffee which was perfect for us . the beds are super comfy and everything is clean

the rooms have thin walls so you hear everything. we were lucky the other people were quiet.

It's a great stop in La Serena. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We got tons of advice on what to visit around, contacts of tour guides, places to shop, recommendations on where to stay in Pisco Elqui. Since we put most of the advices in use, I gotta say - that were some really really good tips. Room is basic but it's very clean and bed is comfortable. Wifi was strong. Shower was hot. Breakfast contained not only jam and youghurt like in most of the places around but a sandwich as well. We were allowed to park in the gated hostel yard which was also a big plus. Staff speaks english which helped a lot. Rordrigo, huge thanks for everything!

The owner as the staff was super friendly and helpful. They were really great hosts. The place was clean and close to the center. The breakfast was yummy too. Chill atmosphere during the whole stay. Strongly recommended. Best regards Fabian and Kev

Basic hostal, simple rooms, close to downtown. Three car driveway inside the property.

Nice room and nice cafe area. Location is convenient. Members of staff were friendly.

Shower cubicle is very small. Hot water was suddenly stopped while I was having a shower, but it came back after 10 minutes.

Excelent room and location. Nice terrace for morning breakdast
