3 of us staying in the family room, all beds were really comfy and it was spacious for us to get ready etc. Very clean and on the high street, 2 minutes from seafront. Would stay again.

Was a very hot night ,had to have the windows open ,and you can hear the neighbours and bar ,it was fine for us ,has we slept late

Room was fine, comfy bed and pretty clean. Location is great. Very close to the seafront.

Sure the place is fine on a weekday, but despite the pub below having 11pm as its closing time for a friday night, the bartender kept it open till gone 1am. We asked them to turn down the music, but our room was affected by pumping bass all night. It literally ruined the one holiday we could afford this year.

good location in the heart of broadstairs a hige selection of places to eat/drink and things to see and do.

Parking was a bit of an issue, noise from high street early hours was frequent from a night club around the corner but did not take long to disperse once crowds moved on.

Great location, room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely. We didn’t have any issues with noise coming from the bar as some others have said and we slept like logs as the bed was so comfy. The bar is also really nice.

We had room 1 which looked over the high street, it was like party central at the kebab shop & taxi office until nearly 3am!! Room & bathroom could do with a little TLC

The staff was amazing particularly Silvie the cleaner lady ....

Apart from maybe having a bedside lamp everything was perfect

Very clean sheets, pillows towels etc. Clean bathroom. Excellent central location. No issues with downstairs music, well insulated. Very helpful staff.

My room was on front of building ..so the general noise of the highestreet was constant.. But that's what you get being central to town.

Had a lovely stay room was clean and lots of extras. Staff were excellent.

Bedroom window didn't open but minor thing really.
